They call you when your order is ready and it's almost always ready before the date that my invoice says. Even their coworker devin is a great help ! After a couple months went by, I stopped by the shop to check on it, but they had closed early. I called to check on it but no one answered and I could not leave a voicemail. I called again and did leave a voicemail, but no one called me back. Finally, after * 5 MONTHS * my print was ready, at twice the cost of Hobby Lobby. This is not acceptable to me and I won't take anything there again.

The of customer service here is what really made the difference. When we first brought our painting here and dropped it off we were told it would be apprx 3weeks- that was fine with us. When 3 weeks came and went- we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We stopped by the store at after more than a month to see what the delay was about. It was pretty clear they had forgotten about our painting. Or perhaps just seemed very nonchalant about it as it was way past due. They promised to call us when it would be done and said it would in fact be done in the next few hours. 3 days went by.. still no call or painting.Finally my husband went again to the store and they had it ready but just hasn't had the courtesy to call. There was just no sense of sincerity or care for us as a customer. Regardless, I may not have had any comments about the service if the quality of work had been good. But the icing on top was the painting we had framed came out crooked. Like they didn't even take the time to notice how they lay it in the frame. I would not have noticed how poorly they did if I hadn't recently discovered another local frame shop who actually spent time with us on a recent framing project and saw their work compared to our painting we had framed here. Overall, this place has a beautiful display of art at the shop front, but won't be doing my framing work here. Overall , we left disappointed by the quality and service of work preformed here.

I had two gift cards so I also though I'd look at decor, can you ever have enough Halloween decorations? I was surprised that most Halloween/Fall stuff was 50% off and sparse. They had more Christmas stuff out than for the two upcoming holidays, I can't say I'm a fan of that. I had my own 25% off my entire purchase including sale so Halloween stuff was 75% off for me! Unfortunately I only walked out with a craft pumpkin for decorations, but I got lots of other stuff! I'm signed up for the text message coupons, they are sometimes annoying yet days like yesterday they sent an amazing coupon a few hours before I was stopping by. This is my go-to for craft supplies and I will be back, closer to December, to see the Christmas decor. Maybe it will be the stuff on sale by then!

Went and picked out 12 balloons to have helium inflated into and the same employee loudly and rudely announced that they could not blow them up. Asked why and employee (again rudely) said that it was store policy to not blow them up within 30 minutes of closing. Really? That sounds made up. No wonder the store has been going downhill. I admit I was scared to leave the painting with a stranger, but it had been degraded by exposure to smoke from a house fire and years of smoking in the home followed by neglect in a storage facility so a cleaning and restoration was a necessity. On top of the stellar job he did in repairing cracks and missing pieces of paint while refinishing the wooden frame, Greg made it look like what I think it looked like the day my parents received it as a wedding present from Earl Halliburton in 1949. Even better, he completed the work in time for us to enjoy it again in its rightful place in our home for Christmas. So glad I had it done locally instead of sending it to an entity in Denver.
