So glad we did because turns out we didn't like it and ended up falling in love with this other couch. Brandon was our guy that helped us. He was great and the process to order and pay was a breeze. Delivery for the couch was supposed to be up to 3-4 weeks but we received it a week earlier! The delivery guys were amazing and hooked up everything nicely. One of the armless chairs wasn't able to fit in our living area so we had to send one back but they made the process very easy to do so. There was a 10% restocking fee, but that's about it. The company called afterwards to make sure everything was good and to do the refund. We will definitely be getting our furniture for our bedroom from here in the future. We have had our couch for about a couple of weeks now. Watched a few movies and the whole family loves it. My husband and I have bad backs and neck and this couch is the best for that. We haven't had any issues!

The store reassures you it will cover spills and stains that cannot be removed with the cleaning kit you receive at the time of purchase. We have had zero luck removing the stains. We have also been trying to get this resolved for the last 8 months. We simply wanted to exchange, not a refund. We were sent to the store by Uniters, warranty company. They informed us we would need to settle this in the store. The store redirects you to call Uniters again. Back & forth over and over again. I have read there is a class action lawsuit against Living Spaces. If so, we would love any information anyone has to jump on that. Hopefully no one else becomes scammed by this company.

She wouldn't even pick up the receipt to look at it and wanted to just say no and give me store credit. It has the refund policy right on the receipt and then she acts like she has to call somebody to ask. I won't be going back to a place with stuck up employees to good to do their job, I buy other stuff there, but there's five below, dollar tree and Ross right next to them if they think my money isn't good enough for them. Brought in the updated address sealed by VA in state of Oklahoma... white glasses said it doesn't count and needs the card. Now I have to take time off from my post-military job I just started just to have a card that the VA letter already proves. Well, you know what Tommy Boy says about warranties? ,A month in now we realize there are six bolts missing from this sectional, which will make the legs break. It has almost broken one already. I called & the customer service rep was so rude & dismissive. She told me it was outside the seven days so it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get the parts. No genuine apology. Not even sorry this happened or that I have had a bad experience. The only apology I received was a curt one when I said what am I supposed to do for a month. I can't sit on the couch .... "Well, Ma'am, that's our policy." It was sharp, short, & really bad. who knows to look to make sure that bolts are in a Mathis couch. Don't we think more of Mathis Brothers than a cheap store? Believe me, it wasn't cheap. It's the big beautiful orangy brown one in the front entrance. I bought every piece. I can't sit on the couch because we might break it. Explaining to them that this lack of service (that I paid extra for by the way) may conclude our business for the future didn't seem to help either. What's happened to Mathis Brothers?. Oh & I have to send pics to prove it. (To be clear it says outlet but the furniture is not supposed to be damaged or bad in any way. Instead of taking care of a customer who had just spent over $11,000, they wanted me to pay $30 in shipping for a replacement part worth around $10. That isn't good customer service--it's nickel-and-diming customers after the sale. The issue isn't the amount of money. It's the principle. Businesses that value long-term customer relationships understand that taking care of a loyal customer is worth far more than squeezing a few extra dollars out of them. As a result, they've lost all of my future business. I won't be buying chemicals, accessories, replacement parts, or recommending this store to anyone. I'll be buying locally or from Amazon instead, where customer service is often far better. Very nice furniture and home decor, in that nice-but-not-fussy wine country style. Two women were working and they both greeted me warmly. Here's a brief inventory: Pillows inspired by wine labels, lots of wine accessories and gifts for the wine lover. Cheese serving platters and knives, lots of nice napkins and serving pieces and a wide array of hostess gifts. They carry several different upscale candle lines, tea towels, bath products, and more. They had cool picture frames, vases, beautiful silk flowers and many nice little decorative items and gifts. Add some upscale Sooners and Cowboys gear for good measure. I'll definitely be back to spend some money when I'm not putting every last dollar toward wedding stuff!
