I'm busy so appreciate they are quick. For $25 I get my money's worth out of long lasting polish. Koi works her butt off and always remembers her customers. Andy has a dry sense of humor but is very funny. They aren't a big fancy spa but they get the job done for a good price.

Just don't go. A year ago, I went here and the nail tech ground my gel nail polish off so deeply it…read moredamaged my nail beds, and it took months for my nails to grow out and recover. I told myself, "Never again." Weellll, apparently no other nail place is open for business on a Saturday afternoon, and my nails desperately needed attention. "It can't be that bad," I told myself. Wrong! They still prefer to grind nail polish off. Second choice is to soak your fingers in a bowl of polish remover for 20 minutes (yes, I watched the clock), then try to scrape it off with their fingernails. Then they go back to the grinder for the last little bits... though there are STILL little flicks of red polish on some of my nails. (See photo) Buffing nails? Not really. A quick pass by is all you get. My nails are bumpy, even after two coats of clear polish. What else? * The nails are filed unevenly and some have hangnails. (See photos) * My feet are still rough and calloused. I asked for additional work on them - I'm accustomed to paying extra - but was told to go home, put moisturizer on my feet, then socks. * The polish on my toes is terrible. (Again, see photos) I travel a lot and have gone to over a dozen different nail salons in different locales... No other place has ever used a grinder to remove nail polish, or left me to soak my fingers in harsh polish remover for 20 minutes. I could go on, but I think I'll get my nail stuff out and try to fix the job I just unhappily paid for.

Was 50 when I had my first pedicure and I have faithless had the pedicure at least once a month since then. These are the best things I've ever done for myself and I will not stop.

Instead, we received hands-down the worst nail salon experience we've ever had. For $40 each, the quality and customer service were completely unacceptable. The Main Issues: Unpleasant Atmosphere: The moment we walked in, the entryway reeked heavily of cigarette smoke. Unbelievably Rushed: Despite the salon being almost completely empty with no other customers waiting, a single technician rushed through *both* of our full pedicures in a combined 30 minutes (less than 15 minutes per person). Poor & Painful Quality: The technician was rough, barely filed my nails, skipped scraping the dead skin off my heels, and left us with a sloppy polish job. Worse, she actually burned my friend's nail bed with the electric file. There was no real massage and no lotion used--only oil. Zero Customer Service: The technician didn't say a single word to us, not even a hello. When I politely tried to address these concerns at checkout to explain why our tip was lower than usual, the front desk lady completely dismissed me, stating, "That's just how we do it here." I love Ruidoso and will definitely be back to visit the town, but I will never step foot in Nails Club again. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values quality and customer care.

She glared at me when I changed my chosen nail color, and glared at me when it came time for me to tip her. Which I did 22% because the nails do look great. However, me and two other customers were openly uncomfortable, looking around, the woman next to me was nervous to change her nail color because of the way my lady was acting. It was eye rolling, strange. The other employees seemed to be uncomfortable as well.

They didn't have the color that I wanted for my nails, but that was ok and I selected something else. I also chose my pedicure color while getting my nails done, a pinky orange. When she started applying the nail color, I noticed it was different from what I had selected and questioned her, she confirmed it was her number that I selected. I told her it looked more pink than what I had picked out, but she referred to the color number again and showed me the number on the bottle. Ok, I thought maybe it was my mistake and I told her the wrong number. When the lady beside was finished picking her color, I asked to see the chart, unfortunately, it was a different chart than I had because my number wasn't on it. My nail tech clued in at this point and retrieved the chart I had for me to verify. The number was correct, but the color on the chart was not the same as the color on the bottle. My tech said it was the same, so ai asked her to give it to me and I held it against my toes and asked her what she saw. Then she said ok, it's a little more pink. I corrected her and said it was A LOT more pink. Only then, after we were finished do she ask if it was ok, and I told her it will do. I wanted a pinky orange and wound up with hot Barbie pink. I was not impressed, but still gave her an 18% tip. No apology or accountability, so I will not be going back.
