The building is a fully restored one with nice wood floors and an impressive main wing. There are three galleries to look at with the crazy quilt one being my favorite. The docents are very nice and attentive and the atmosphere is very chill and quiet. All in all, we were there for maybe 30 minutes because you are allowed to take photos, just no flash. There's a small gift shop and parking was pretty easy too. You're even next to a quilting shop.

The staff member who helped me was super cool and really understanding about my budget--I didn't want to spend a ton. He made thoughtful suggestions and even brought out visuals so I could actually see what he was describing, which I really appreciated. They called me first thing Monday morning (right after the holidays!) to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I went to grab it, I was blown away--it looks fantastic!
