Some stuff I've paid $10-20 for an electric tool, and I'm still using it. It does the job. I've also purchased some that failed within a month. Hand tools as well, just have to assume that some of it won't be worth the $2 you paid for it. You learn what you can get away with & what you can't. Like a 3-piece step bit set for $12. Big box stores charge $50 for ONE. If you're only using it every once in a while they will last you years & years. Don't abuse your tools, use them like they're supposed to be- oil when you should oil, don't burn them up by overheating them, etc.

I have a 'persian'-like rug that we've had in our family for about 40 years or so. Another that came with the house and one smaller one that I'd used in my old kitchen for 15 years. Also the grout in bathroom floor was nearly back and it wasn't supposed to be. Brian came on a Saturday, accompanied by his son. If I could give this location a million stars it would be worth the effort to tap each and every star! I have been to many mattress stores in the past and all of them always try to get me to buy something I have no need for. As soon as we walked in Saturday I described to Kevin exactly what we were looking for, our budget, and that was it! Meanwhile, Kevin was knowledgeable about the financing options and true to his word. He was very optimistic and quite analytic. He directed us to the mattress that fit our interest and I applied for Snap financing. The second time we visited Kevin he was so polite, hospitable, and did not try to sell me anything extra. We sat down, he retrieved my information, and we were able to pick our mattress up that Tuesday. Kevin was extremely generous to us to the highest degree and showed empathy towards our needs. The best experience in any store IN GENERAL-I have ever encountered.
