I decided to give this monogramming shop a try 2 weeks ago based solely on the many positive reviews available here and am writing this review hoping to save others from the disappointment and frustration I experienced with this business. The positives: 1. Carlos is very personable and friendly. 2. I placed my order on a Wednesday, and it was ready for pick-up Friday morning. The negatives: 1. The shop closes at 3pm M-F and is not open on weekends. 2. This business accepts cash (tax-free) or check (sales tax included) only. 3. The fonts available are very limited as compared to other monogramming shops. 4. The thread choices (spools of thread stored on shelves lining an entire wall) appear to be plentiful until Carlos explains that many of them are too old and weak to use, are not colorfast, etc. 5. My order was not fulfilled to the specifications Carlos and I agreed upon - in terms of size (more than twice as large) or placement (off-center). 6. When I pointed out the discrepancies, Carlos (after a litany of excuses) said he could redo the work but would have to charge me the full cash price ($75) again. 7. I had the work completely redone at a "legit" monogramming business, and it was completed a few days later - perfectly - for $65 (including sales tax). 8. Another customer picked up his order while I was picking up mine. When he complained that 2 of the 3 letters of his monogram were a slightly different color than the 3rd, Carlos explained that the spool of thread ran out, and the color difference was due to different dye lots. Seriously. In short: Do not trust anything of value and/or anything that is not very easily replaceable to this monogramming business! Or - better yet - do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

We had Carlos monogram some bath towels for us. There were only a couple of fonts to choose from, not 100% what we wanted originally but for the price this will work. Carlos was very friendly and provided a finished product the following day. We paid $15 per towel for monogramming. read more

Great prices and very fast service! I was looking to get a few items monogrammed for a bridal shower gift. I called around to get quotes on prices and turnaround time. This was by far the cheapest place I found at $8 per item. I was quoted a 3 day turnaround which was very short compared to the other places I called which were about 1 week out. I dropped my items off on Wednesday and received a call the next day saying they were ready, less than 24 hours! The man that owns this place is very sweet and allowed me to go into the back to pick out my thread color. Tons of colors to choose from! I was able to pick out different colors for each item as well as different fonts. The only drawback to this place is that there aren't that many fonts to choose from and it's cash only.
