I waited two weeks as they stated they were currently in the process of "moving" so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt! I decided to give them a call today again asking about the refund and the lady on the phone stated that the manager FORGOT AND SHE WILL TRY TO REMIND HER AGAIN... this place is horrible AND I ORIGINALLY PLACED MY ORDER IN SEPTEMBER.... Small one man shop and there was no dressing room to try on the pants.. He took my measurements and said he would alter the pants to the measurements. Made me kinda nervous .
