She took one hour 30 mins for the whole process. If I did something simple she might have taken 1 hr. You have to make a reservation and they fill up quickly, but my nail technician was super sweet. Marylene (on Instagram as @nova__nailz) helped me book a good time. But then - tragedy struck! My car broke down at the last minute. She was able to reschedule me with no issue or extra charges. Truly, I can't thank her enough for that. So my old nail place was sold and instead of staying I decided to find another place. This place was recommended to me by an old friend. Also it's closer to home so that's a plus. I made an appointment and for me it is a good sign that even though this place has multiple nail texts only some are available and you need to make appointments in advance which shows that they are heavily in demand. I worked with Tiana and and she was very good very great at answering any questions that I've had as I've never really knew anything about Japanese vegan nails or gel overlays. Also she was very sweet and very pleasant and great to have a conversation with. LThis place is definitely a bit pricey but I do feel that the quality is worth it. I'm new to this place but so far I'm in love with my nails and I do hope that they last for a long time. Tiana did a great job and I have already booked 2 future appointments with her. This is definitely not a place where you can walk in or make a last minute appointment so make sure you book far in advance. I will forever be loyal to her with my nails because she is so talented and wise when it comes to nail knowledge! You can book an appointment with Aran directly via Instagram DM. Her Instagram handle is nailsbyaran. She is amazing and genuinely cares about the health of your nails. She uses only gel polish; which is a lot healthier for your nails vs acrylic or dip (harsh on the nails due to all the drilling done). Anyways, I could go one for days about Aran! Found this salon on Instagram and have been stalking their work for awhile now. Aran penciled me in via Instagram messenger and texted me a confirmation. I waited 4 long weeks and was not disappointed! Aran educated me on what she was doing and explained her art form to me. She really cares about your nails being healthy. I would not recommend this place at all. I booked an appointment online WEEKS in advance for my birthday. When I showed up for my appointment today i was told that the girl i booked with quit and no one could take me. I understand that the other nail techs were busy with other clients but I find it very messed up that they did not take the time to call this girls clients and inform them that their appt would be canceled since she did not have the decency to herself. Keep in mind I drove an hour out of my way to come here for my birthday nails since no places by my house can do designs. They did tell me that I could reschedule with someone else however it is too late for that since my birthday is in a few days. My point is they had plenty of time to call me and let me know my appt was canceled but chose not to. I do not recommend this place and do not plan to come back. read more

It pains me to have to write this review. My cousins and I have gone to Aran at this salon for a year consistently. We made appointments monthly and right before my appointment in June received a text message from Aran dismissing all of us as her clientele. To say the least we were heart broken because of her level of artistry and time management skills. She informed all of us that she was increasing her prices and could no longer do our nails. This text was sent at 9p which is unprofessional. It was even more professional considering that some of us had appointments that upcoming weekend and had to find new nail techs. Also to note that she insinuated that we could not afford her without giving us an option to decide if in fact we could or could not afford her services. I drove from Pasco county just to receive her services. I will say also that I loved the ambiance of the salon and the great customer service I received up until that point. This is the only nail place I have ever been too that cares so much about the healthiness of your nails and using quality products. All there products are amazing. I always do a gel polish with designs and they always get the designs right. The products they use usually last me 3 to 4 weeks. This is amazing considering I work outside and use my hands a lot. No other salons shellac or whatever gel they use has ever lasted me that long usually a week then I chip a nail. I go to Ms. Alyssa but the two other girls are amazing too. You will not be disappointed going here. It is book by appointment only and it does take up to an hour and a half sometimes for appointments depending on the polish colors, designs etc.( but so worth it!!!) if you want high quality nails you will go here !!!!!
