This place is great! My mom and I were super impressed with the look of our nails, and the price was reasonable too. My guy took a lot of care in removing my dead skin, and making sure I was not in pain. I've never had a better manicure actually. My nails look exactly like the sample I chose. They're very thick and durable; and seem like they will stay put. Staff was friendly enough. They mostly kept to themselves. It did take a long time, but we did not have appointments, and they did warn us that we would be there a long time. I'd definitely make an appointment next time, but also don't plan on it being a fast thing. The care that they take to make it perfect is worth the wait. read more

It has taken me a couple of weeks to decide on if I really wanted to leave a bad review; for it does hurt Businesses; but now after 9 days and all the nails are lifting up... its more then earned. After reading the reviews I thought I'd give them a try. After the 1st Visit (Gel Fill & color). "Nice" job but; but not worth the 1hr 45 minutes it took to complete a simple fill and color or the "oops sorry" here and there for the lil slips of the filer on to my skin. :( ---But the location is close enough to home that I thought I'd try them again and note my calendar of the extra time they needed. MISTAKE! 2nd time it took LITERALLY 3 1/2 hours! Not acceptable on Any level. Even needed to text my husband and let him know I'd be late to dinner. ---1st attempt - Tech mistakenly put on the wrong base & didn't' know until my nails came out from under the light. Had to take the gel polish all off and start again. Ok ... 2nd Attempt - start Gel process Again, base coat; light, color, light; Gel starts to bubble under light; he looks confused; Manager (or owner) says he put the base on to thick . Tells him to say "Sorry" removes all and start Gel polish AGAIN for the 3rd attempt! Note: each time he started over; for some reason he filed my nails down a bit more each time. Now they are shorter & not shaped properly. --I've been sitting for 2 plus hours. I ask; "can I go outside and walk a bit" before attempt #3 - I needed to calm my nerves and stretch my legs. He said No, I look at the owner and Told him; I've been sitting here for over 2 hours; I need to walk for a minute before he starts again. (I don't think the nail tech knows what I asked; for he just kept saying "sorry" as instructed by the owner) When my nails were finally finished I got another "sorry". ------My mistake was probably being to nice while I was there; mistakes happen - but seriously - This was ridiculous. Ok; now the last straw and why I decided to write a review - within 9 days ALL of my nails have lifted up. 9 Days!!! for 3 1/2 hours, full price and an offer of a bottle of water while I was walking out the door.... This was my second time coming to this salon and this manicure was the worst nail experience I've ever had and the owners response which I've attached with pictures is really my true concern. My pedicure was great but my manicure was torture the woman was so rough with my hands and her drill, she snagged my cuticles a couple times I had to ask her to ease up. And then she sliced my the side of my pinky open with her hand file which is still in a lot of pain. Also my nails just look awful like not natural and bubbly I've attached pictures for proof. The owners reply was so unprofessional when i reviewed their business I had never called to complain but yet she accused me of being someone who did and then claimed I never went to that salon when I have the receipt. I have never called this place and I don't know who Ashley is that she spoke of. When I 1st got my nails done, they were beautiful. But 2 days later, 1 broke & I had to go back to have it repaired. A week later another one broke & as of now I have a total of broken nails & 2 lifting nails. I will never return here. Truly dissatisfied I wasted $58. read more

Love this place! When I moved here I tried 4 salons downtown where I live and had terrible experiences. This place has the happiest most excited staff, great prices and most importantly quality nails. My first full set lasted a little over a month and they were long coffin shaped and I'm hard on my nails which is the worst combination. went in today and asked for a mani/pedi. Also asked if they could please soak my nails for a few minutes before pushing my cuticles back. The older woman who did my nails was rude and did not even acknowledge this request. She kept talking on her cell and speaking loudly in her native langue the entire time to the others who were also extremely rude and loud. She kept smacking my feet back up or down while grunting. After completely soaking my legs she started rubbing lotion on my legs while they still had soap and water on them. I asked her to just skip the lotion and just dry my legs. She wanted to charge extra on a pedicure to make my feet smooth she said but my feet were not even rough. I said no thanks and while you are at it go ahead a forget about the manicure. These people are also dirty. It smells awful in there like old hot dogs, soy sauce and feet. read more
