I was extremely disappointed in my pedicure. Very unprofessional service. Barely removed my old polish, no nipping or removing of cuticles. Polish is lumpy and unevenly applied. My nails look like they were done by a child. The gentleman who performed the service was very unprofessional. I feel if you own a business you have a responsibility to make sure your customer is satisfied anyone looking at my nails could tell they were not done properly. read more

While on vacation on a whim, my friend, and I took my mom out to get our nails done. We called and made an appointment and they were able to fit us in pretty quickly. The spot is very clean, and all of the staff were very kind and competent. We did not want gel, but regular nail polish, which is a bit confusing, but once that was figured out, the rest of the experience was quite lovely. They asked us to pay in cash, which is a little bit unexpected, so keep that in mind when going , but we would highly recommend the place as they did an excellent job! read more

I've had acrylic nails x 15 years, have been to hundreds of nail salons across the US as my job involved alot of travel, and never had a problem. I went here ONCE a few years ago and am STILL trying to get rid of the fungus infection they caused. I haven't been able to put tips/acrylic in 2+ years and my nails look terrible bare from the fungal infection. It's a beauty nightmare. . The person who did my nails was about to start filing with a file that looked like it had been used 1,000 times, I requested he use a new file/buffer, which he did. Their other equipment must have been used on someone with a fungal infection and not cleaned properly. I deeply regret going here I'm too embarrassed to post a pic of my nails. read more

KC nails is a family-owned-and-run business. The atmosphere is remodeled and prices (like prices everywhere) have increased considerably. My mani-pedi was done a bit too quickly. I noticed the technician dipped the polish into the bottle one time and painted all five toes with that one swipe. I prefer one dip per toe to make sure there's enough polish on the brush. The manicure did not last more than four days before it started chipping. However, that might be the case for all manicures. I'm not sure since I rarely spring for a full manicure-pedi experience. The massage chair is a nice touch and the shop appears to be very clean and well organized. read more

I had a great pedicure with massage that was not rushed at all, and got dip on my nails which came out great! Prices are awesome! The only thing I would say is that before you sit in a pedicure chair, make sure it is even. My husband sat in the 4th one and he was leaning to one side the whole time. Went with my mom and daughter for a pedicure. I was skeptical because the price was really low. It wasn't terrible, but also wasn't good. My massage chair was broken and I had to share a remote with the chair next to me. They offered me a different chair but I wanted to sit by my daughter. The man that did the trimming/prepping my nails actually did a good job, but then he switched with a lady that did my painting and it was super rushed. None of us had our entire pinky nails polished, I'm pretty sure none of us got two coats of paint. My mom and daughters polish started wearing off the next day. The girl didn't wait at all in between base, polish and top coat so it started looking. When I pointed it out the man just used his nail to fix it. You get what you pay for here. Service: Manicure and Pedicure for $24 plus tip Pros: Staff was very friendly. They use plastic bags for pedicures and fresh paper towels for manicures so it's very clean No appointment and they got me in right away. Prices are pretty low (the photo from 2015 is still accurate as of October 2019) Cons: The only reason I didn't give 5 stars us because they didn't do great with my skin...my cuticles and bottom of my feet were still calloused and not cut as mush as they should be. Also, I had white toenail polish that left marks after they removed it. The new toenail polish is so thin that it shows through. On my fingernails, I got a matte finish which meant an additional coat. I sat at the dryer for over 20 minutes and I guess they still were not dry because the polish was so thick and they got tons of marks in them within an hour of getting them done. Also, the place is clean but not the most appealing visually, especially compared to other salons. Overall, I would come back if I wanted a quick, mediocre, cheap mani and pedi but if it were four an event like a wedding or something, I would go to a place with higher quality. read more

If you want cheap and very fast services, this is the place. If you want quality and attention to detail, go somewhere else. I had my nails done( acrylic pink and white ombre) and a pedicure done. I was out the door in 28 mins. The pedicure literally took 4 mins. The toes look good and polish has stayed but I enjoy a nice massage. I'm on my feet all day at work so I like to spoil myself once a month with a pedicure with the hopes of a foot rub. My nails looked ok when I left but after awhile I noticed alot of flaws. Within a week, 2 had fallen off, they were stained really bad and pieces were chipping off the sides on all of them. Like I said, if you are looking for cheap and quick, they aren't bad. He tried it out on one nail to make sure I liked it. I felt that he really wanted me to be happy with my manicure rather than rushing me through. I was going to a place close by that just kept increasing their prices to a point I just couldn't justify keeping up with my bimonthly habit. So I ventured out to find a more affordable salon. To my delight I haven't had to sacrifice quality here. The only "sacrifice" is they don't have as many colors for dip as the other place but they have more than enough to choose from. It's also nice Cindy is super sweet and remembers request from previous appointments and her pricing is awesome. I was told they were opened and asked if I wanted to make an appointment because they were pretty busy. I was helped as soon as I came in the store even though they were indeed very busy. I got a gel manicure that looks great for a great price ($20 before tip). I was in and out in about 30 minutes but never felt rushed at all.
