I half expected this piercing to hurt quite a lot. But I was pleasantly surprised when she inserted the needle by how little it hurt, if at all. Lunna really does have angel hands I will definitely going back for any future piercings I may have. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 Stars is their lack of an ATH System which basically forced me to go walk over to the Walgreens(nearest ATM). On the last night of our trip we walked in, and within 5 minutes we're talking to an artist. Josue immediately walked us through how hand tattoos are different than other areas, and how it would need to be refilled more often. It didn't feel at all like he was pushing us to get the tattoo done there, and really just wanted us to be as informed as possible. My husband decided to do it and the entire thing took about 40 minutes. The entire time Josue was incredible, and freaking free handed straight lines!! My husband couldn't be happier and I'm super jealous and am considering getting a tattoo now on our text trip!! This place is 100% safe, clean, and these artists are exactly that - artists. Found this location through Yelp, I called and I was let's say not at my best translating into Spanish. Lourdes, the piercer comforted me and mentioned she's fluent in English. Made the phone call much easier for me. Asked for their minimum for a dainty tattoo and upon arriving the quote was adjusted for what was wanted. Clean surfaces, seating area in lobby, buzzed gate for security and also so you don't walk out on your work (please don't be this person) This location is cash only, but don't worry, they have an ATM available for use. While my friends were getting their tattoos I was chatting with Lourdes and I was impulsive and moved forward with getting a body piercing done. She made the procedure so smooth and painless- raved about her too well that we came back and two other friends got theirs. Artists that helped my friends: Diego and Edgar, thank you! I was told the process was first come first served. No appointments or waitlist. By the time I was up next I had been waiting for almost 3 hours just to be told that I would need to wait ANOTHER half hour while they took someone who came in AFTER ME. What?! Are we kidding?! What happened to first come first served?! Then the "receptionist" I'll come back to her in a moment tells me ("oh it's based on the design and size" Since when?! You said first come first served. At that point I'd been waiting from 1:40 and it was now 4:25. The receptionist was not at the desk when I arrived. So another person with blue hair did. I explained which design I wanted and was quoted $80. When the receptionist arrived she didn't engage with me or ask me what I was getting. I arranged to come in the shop the next evening and we were good to go. Being as hoe we did activities all day we ended up going to the shop at like 7. The staff were very warm and welcoming. There is someone there who will interpret for you if you don't speak Spanish. Manny was very professional and he was very knowledgable in his craft. He has a very wide selection of jewelry and art to choose from. He was in the middle of a tattoo session when we came, but he accommodated us. We were sad that we didn't get to get some ink, but we told him that we would be back or if he ever came to ny to let us know. We had a wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone in the Fajardo or surrounding areas to definitely give this place a try.
