It was small business Saturday so the shop was very busy and tough to navigate. The smell in the store is heavenly and they have a wonderful selection of the Thymes fragrances and collections. Also just before helping me he made a similar transaction with my sister so this comment was unexpected and unnecessary. He was very back handed and treated me like I was not a worthy customer at his store. Terrible customer service and I will not recommend this store to anyone. My total with delivery came to $127.32 and it was one of the smallest floral arrangements on display. The card with our message was large enough to cover a good portion of the arrangement. I was very disappointed. I'm attaching a photo. My arrangement was the one with reddish-orange flowers. I placed it next to another arrangement to show the difference. Also, the flowers were starting to wilt one day after delivery.
