They have a large selection of back issues and new releases. If you are looking for graphic novels instead don't worry they've probably got what you are looking for. I do wish they had more $1 books and more expensive wall books, but overall a good amount of inventory to browse through. They also have Funko Pops, Board Games, Magic the Gathering, and other TCGs. This was a very welcoming space and the guy at the counter helped me out with a few questions I had. We will be back!

I choose my game shops largely based on interactions with the staff. They can make or break your experience. Mikey was incredibly inviting and upbeat - definitely made us want to come back! O - Opportunity to meet other people that love to game. Rockhopper drew a pretty decent crowd for being open such a short time. Can't wait to see it on a busy day. C - Commander nights on Saturdays and Tuesdays starting at 4pm. Most places start later and make it tough to work into your schedule. This is a huge win for me. K - Knowledge. There is nothing worse than a game store owner that knows nothing about games. Mikey had all the information pertaining to games, sets, scheduling, and his clientele. He's a real one. H - Hangover commander. Yes. Sundays are the day for hangover commander, D&D, and whatever else people are feeling like after a rough Saturday night. We love to see it. O - Open to everyone. As they should be. Happy Pride Month! P - Penguin theme. Self explanatory. P - Pretty good selection of comics, singles, board games, and other various game related items. E - Environment. The location and the vibe were very cool to us. It's nice to have a gaming location outside of the cities that is doing everything right! R - Raffles. Always fun. To conclude: we were pumped to find this spot. I'm curious to see how they'll handle busy times as it's a bit on the smaller side - but I imagine they'll have it all figured out. The RPG/D&D area supported one gaming table and lots of figure stuff though more sections of not tightly organized stuff. You could do some bin diving and probably find a few treasures. High up, there were many many collectible figures and stuff. Out to look at a bit high up, and a few backed cabinets. You'll need to ask for help. Nice collection, though. Prices were competitive. We picked up a few things and were on a tour of all the stores on the west side. I was a little overwhelmed by all the stuff I am not into, but I liked the D&D section, but it needs a little attention.

This is still such a wonderful place with a great selection of music and so many cool retail items at a great value. Expertly curated and displayed. Still, my most favorite record store I've ever been to anywhere! Moved to California 30+ years ago and every time I'm in town I gotta take a peek and do that whole nostalgia trip in my head-if only the walls could talk, OH MY! I love the creaking floors as you walk across the showroom remembering those sounds heard in the basement packing my own orders to ensure in stock items were shipped. The cast of characters that visited and cool musicians- one day Devo came popping through handing out 3-D buttons with those flower pot looking things on their heads and strange jumpsuits. "It's not too late To whip it Into shape Shape it up Get straight Go forward Move ahead" my daughter wore my old jacket from 1979 (in picture) . The nice staff were very friendly and enamored with the jacket and the manager took some pictures which gave my daughter a huge tickle. I think the cat's name is Bob Fuchs and he's been there since the late '80s and a good ambassador of the brand and so kind to indulge us. This is a must visit if you're ever in Minneapolis set aside some time it's worth every minute!

Found a few albums for under $10 and a few unique ones at prices in the $30 to $40 range. Depending on your taste well worth the money. Check out staff was personable. There's a TON of inventory in the back room waiting to be organized and put out, but I get that takes a while. It didn't feel the most shopper-ready yet. My brother found some things he was excited about, and I found a few unique books! The owner is so kind and has plans to do DND and game nights as well as music nights with all their space. 3 books was ~$40 so not the most affordable prices, but I'm not super tuned in with what comic books run. I think in a few more months the space will be more visitor-ready with more inventory available to look through!

They are in a new location since our last visit (used to be in Eagan). Per usual, everyone was friendly and helpful. I found a Harriet Tubman comic that I didn't even know existed. I bought the two copies they had. Everything was well organized and easy to peruse both the free and paid comics they have. This space is much smaller than their previous location. Fortunately, everyone was masked, which made us feel more at ease. One of the things I really love about this place, in addition to the fact that it's POC owned, is that I can be an all-out geek and nerd without getting any side eye. Chatting with the staff is fun and I always learn something new. I don't follow the comic world closely, so getting an update and to see the excitement of the person talking is quite infectious. It's probably why I've yet to spend less than $40 when we go there. Whether it's FCBD or not, this is the play for comics, graphic novels, and all kinds of things that you'll not find anywhere else. Stop in!

There are so many comics and graphic novels they are sure to have what you are hunting for. They have discounted graphic novels, $1 bins, and other discounted options available. They also have figures and collectibles. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. We will continue to come in and browse the back issues when we are in the neighborhood.

Through the ad, other internet research, and dealing with salesguy John Storkamp, I was able to put together a long-distance deal on a creampuff of a coach with low mileage (from 2000 miles away). John went above the call of duty to video phone me and walk me through the coach step by step, point out any problems, send me photos of the problems, and then had all of the problems fixed once I put down a refundable deposit. He even had the coach A/C unit replaced and replaced one of the passenger side graphic swirl stickers, as well as having the generator serviced. Sounds crazy but my lovely bride & I flew a redeye to MN after making a solid (but refundable) deal from 2000 miles away. Saved about $13000 from inflated SoCal prices. John had the coach ready to rock upon our arrival. The deal was great, with no surprises. We then took a 4000 mile roadtrip home across 'MERICA around Independence Day, via Jellystone Nat'l Park, The Tetons, Jackson Hole, Cheyenne, Santa Fe, etc, with no problems. Several months have passed now with only routine issues. Just wanted to tip the hat to John & Pleasureland RV for the excellent transaction.

That is so crazy to me, I was willing to try and get the correct product, they didn't care, I guess we aren't already getting screwed enough with everything so high already and items not lasting over 2 to 3 years, and not to mention, I was willing to order the correct one. I will never trust this place or order from them again, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ONLINE!
