I highly recommend anybody interested in buying a new home to consider J Patrick Homes. They are honest and straightforward. I hope one day to be able to buy a second home in the city. The neighborhood was a dream in the making with a conveniently covered 4 ft deep pool, activity center, indoor and outdoor dining area. We had a good experience with Precision, and the timeline for getting our house built was during…read morethe height of the covid epidemic, and supplies were slow in coming, and they told us that it would take approx. a year to get it built, and it did take 14 months, but from the day the slab was poured it took almost 6 months to actually finish the house. The initial slab and framing and roof construction was very good, and we had a few issues with plumbing rough ins coming up thru the slab, but they made the adjustments that were needed. They had to take a couple of large trees down, before starting the slab, which was the right call, but we didn't get notified about that, and we just drove out there, and saw it first hand. The property was kept pretty clean, without an excessive amount of trash being spread around. We're in a very rural and remote area, and getting some of the contractors to go out there when they were supposed to, was an ongoing problem, but Dayton Smith was really on top of that, and he was the difference maker for progress on our house! Great individual who stayed very calm and collected thru the whole process! Some of the interior door finishing is still not up to good standards, some doors don't open and close well, and a couple of them need to be replaced, and Dayton is facilitating those improvements even now, so it's still ongoing for us, and it's been 4 months now since we moved in. I'm confident that these issues will be resolved! I think highly of what and how they accomplished for us, and I would recommend them to anybody! Sam Marino
