Still no response. The next day I reached Amanda by phone; she said their prices were typically low and they wouldn't be undersold. I told her I had gotten a quote in California but that I would prefer to do business locally and avoid the freight charge. She did respond with an email quote very quickly; it was at least 30% higher than a quote I had from a California retailer INCLUDING a freight charge to ship to Virgin, Utah. When I let her know initially that she was high, she told me to send a written quote with the competitive pricing and that - once again - they wouldn't be undersold. That didn't feel ethical or fair to the salesperson who had worked hard to provide the lower price. Additionally, why should I do their work for them? Look elsewhere.

Not only were the employees friendly and informative, they were more than willing to listen to my vision of what I wanted (ombre) and helped me pick out the right colors I was asking for. They have the paint samples on tiles, so you can see exactly what color it will turn out looking like when it's done, which was really helpful in finding the right paint color.
