Because I was using someone else's account . I went home and used a different canva account and voila. I was able to send him the link to print my soccer team banner. He stated it be ready after 12:30pm on Friday (next day). Friday morning @9:55am I get an email saying my banner will be ready after 10:30 am say what?! Now that was fast.
