One of the few UPS stores that is open on Sunday! My experience here was excellent. I had to drop off a package that already had a pre-paid UPS label. My transaction was fairly easy but I did notice that this location also has a self-checkout Amazon drop off. The staff is very attentive and patient! I noticed how they assisted customers with different type of drop offs that were time consuming. Save yourself time by making sure you have everything properly wrapped and labeled correctly. If you have an email with shipment instructions, make sure you have it handy. Don't be afraid to ask for help. And of course, ask for a receipt to show proof of shipment. Since the Amazon Go shop closed its doors in Whittier, we needed to start coming here to do our returns. Not only is this location about 4 miles closer , but it's so convenient! We didn't have an opportunity to interact with any of the associates but there was a do it yourself Kiosk for quick abs painless returns. I'm so happy to have found this place. read more

This is my go-to UPS store. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. Today I had 12 individual Amazon items to return. All 12 codes had to be scanned and processed. It took me a while to pull up the Amazon return codes from my cell phone as my cellphone reception was a tad slow inside the store. Isaiah was the representative that assisted me. He was helpful and very patient with me. I owe him a coffee or tea (offered by me) because his positive demeanor and patience was very helpful for me. I'm saddened to write this review. I've been a customer here for over 15 years and never had an issue. Bruce and his crew were so on top of things. Ownership changed and this store TANKED! Went into the store today to drop off returns. Pretty routine. I know how this works. The Peso Pluma asshole (he totally deserved this, btw) behind the counter was a MESS! I was really trying to keep us both regulated. However, his YAWNING, coughing on me, flicking his hair, and nail biting was a bit much. What got me to was his attitude. It stunk like last week's fish and chicken compost in 100 degree heat. Soooo... I called him on his professionalism and let him know that the manner in which he was speaking to me was not ok. I never raised my voice, because it's rude, and at that point, we'd both be wrong. I let him know that I was shocked by his lack of respect and condescension, to which he replied "yeah, go ahead and call my manager again." Hmmm.. don't know his manager, have never called. However at this point it's clear that others have complained. Gave him this fact and reiterated that in the years that I've been a customer, I've never had to address such poor customer service. His response: boo hoo.. what's then was then, so get in the now." So peso pluma, with your rude ass show up, go eff yourself. Obviously, customer service is NOT YOUR WHEELHOUSE! MANAGEMENT AT 11721 Whittier Blvd!!! Do better. You've received other complaints about this dude. Solve your problem. I fully expect my return items to show up missing. Amazon makes it super easy to return some items. I returned something here and I did not have to pack it up or print up a label. Check with Amazon when you are requesting a refund and abide by their instructions. I was not able to return the batteries I bought or return another item at Amazon Fresh, but that's ok. Worst Customer Service experience I've had at this UPS Store. Employee by the name of "Miles" refused to ship my package because he said it was "bulging" and didn't fit UPS requirements for shipping. I explained that it just needed some tape to close up the top. He insisted it could not be fixed. I asked if he could just help me out and not be so strict to which he replied "No, it does not meet the UPS requirements". Then "have a nice day". Regardless of his bad attitude, I ended up going to the UPS Store at the Quad. There not only did they ship my package with no complaints, but they also asked if I was a AAA member which saved me 5% off the total of my shipping price. Turns out if you insure your package, they have to put it into another box anyways. So it never really mattered if the box was "bulging" or not. It would have shipped fine. I decided to go back to inform "Miles" of his misinformation, only to find 3 Employees at the Counter assisting Customers, while Miles was sitting on a Packaging Table in the back looking through his phone with no care in the world. Don't know if he's a Manager and/or Supervisor, but not a good look. It took me asking 5 times before he finally told me his name was "Miles". After informing him of the needless adventure he sent me on, all he had to say was "Have a Nice Day". read more

I was returning a package to Amazon UPS was extremely helpful and printed the label, taped it on, printed my receipt, but it was free, just a receipt to have proof my pkg was sent They also gave me Amazon's customer service phone number! Everything was free! Would have cost $80 to pay for return. I can now re-order the things with the correct address. read more

I COULD HAVE LOST MY PLEA DEAL WITH THE COURT!!! I notarized & paid for next day shipping/ tracking on very important documents that needed to be sent to my lawyer that week. Paid $25 so needless to say I was very disappointed when my lawsuit called me the following week that the package never arrived. I went to the store & they claimed it was lost. They suggested I do a claim. I came back a week or so later after I found the receipt & they said they aren't liable cuz it's not their fault. They said they ended up finding it & after over three weeks it was delivered so their job was done. Too late on documents that needed to be delivered to the courts weeks ago. Luckily I did another notary & drove the distance to deliver it myself after my lawyer told me of their failed delivery. They did pay me back for the notary portion as a courtesy after I went back 2x but they said didn't have to do that for me. I simply don't see how they aren't liable for delivery meant to be express priority tracking mail that you pay extra for. Why offer priority one Day mail if it's not guaranteed & responsibility isn't taken after failed delivery of almost 3 weeks. Didn't pay a lawyer 2500 to lose a deal over UPS incompetence read more

I called Office Depot and they only charge $.35 a sheet and then they walk you through to email it while the UPS store charge me $1.25 a sheet and then a charged email came up to $21. Worst experience ever. Rude clerk chewing his nail, no eye contact says "put it on the scale" when I arrived. He says "have you ever shipped with us before?" I say I no. He says "well I'll try to do this before my shift ends I guess" No shipping options given just tells me without checking no other options unless I want to pay $100 bucks. There were more rude comments he made but he probably can't help himself, he needs to work in a place with no human contact. Don't bother going here, there are plenty of places where transactions are normal and respectful without incidents like this. read more
