She said it was a mistake from her office clerk. Well, didn't she realize right away that her office clerk "mistakenly" schedule a virtual meeting? Based on my experiences, Pam demonstrated unprofessionalism and lack of respect to me as a potential customer. I hope future customers understand that simply because Pam is using the excuse of "We are all busy because of tax season" is not a valid reason for the lack of respect and professionalism from herself and her team.
