Ordered through 1-800 flowers and Artemis Designs was the florist whom delivered. STAY AWAY. Arrangement's flowers looked sad upon delivery and a few hours later in a 73 degree office -massive amounts of petals have dropped from this poorly designed arrangement. Contacted 1-800 and after seeing a pic they couldn't apologize enough and issued me a total refund. ARTEMIS DESIGNS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL -they don't answer their phone. They also hide their poor reviews by stating they are temporarily closed on Google. Summer or not -this is piss poor work. read more

Ordered flowers online and they contracted with this flower shop. I worked in a flower shop in my teens and I knew from the picture that I received that they sent old flowers. Additionally, the arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture from online and the amount of roses in the original picture were no where near to the arrangement I paid for. The hand written card was barely legible and the ink smeared all over the card. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

This is the second time within 2 months my lover had sent me flowers from Artemis Designs and I have had the same problem with their flowers and have had to call them to complain and have them come pick them up to be replaced for fresh flowers and to top it off I'm always sent 2-3 arrangements at a time and it's a shame that they aren't even appealing to the eye. I'm critical because I used to work at a floral shop and know after a week, flowers were considered old therefore be discarded and a new shipment would bring us fresh flowers, in this case she still sells week old flowers in her arrangements. Another way of telling flowers are old is the fowl smell of the water the stems sit in. I ordered a floral cross through The Sympathy Store for my dad's service which was held yesterday. The Sympathy Store then contracted with Artemis Designs. The white floral cross had broken, wilted and browned flowers in it. It was obvious the florist used aged flowers. I even wondered if it was a recycled floral cross from another service. There were only two floral arrangements at my dad's service so I was quite disappointed in the shabbiness of the cross. My sister ordered a casket spray which went through Throop Florist and it was beautiful. I do not recommend Artemis Designs. After reading the other Yelp reviews, if I had known Artemis Designs was responsible for Dad's floral cross, I would have canceled the order and gone with well-known and long-standing Tucson florist instead. I urged The Sympathy Store to stop sending orders to Artemis Designs. read more

I was lucky enough to wander into this little hole in the wall flower shop a few days ago and am so glad I did. Diane, the owner, helped me after I said I had no idea what to get my wife. She suggested a $25 bouquet and put it in a vase for me. I could not believe how many flowers were in there. Usually, something like this would cost at least $40 at a grocery store and not be anywhere near the quality. She was so helpful and kind and I just say, she's my go-to from now on. This is the worst place I have ever experienced!!! I called them to deliver a large valentines bouquet to my elderly mother which I'm not sure how many more valentines she will be here for and they said no problem we can deliver!!! Well NO DELIVERY!!!! She NEVER got her flowers period!!!! I should have know better when I called and had to talk to both sisters as they were sooo "frazzled"!!! Now it is valentines and no flowers for her and they are not even open on Saturday AND you can not even leave a message on their machine!!!!! My friend, who lives out of state, sent me flowers from Artemis for my birthday last week and the white roses were already turning brown and were dead in a couple of days. I understand its the holiday season BUT...I received a delivery of a basket of holiday flowers from my family back east...the majority of flowers were white lilies which were all dented up an browning...I called Artemis Designt 345pm today, Thursday,12/19, and their recording said they were open till 3pm and NOT to leave a message...so here I am writing up that not only is the product ruined but their customer service and hours of operation don't suit me...especially when they are attaching flyers of all other items they could deliver or ship for you....based on what I received and the company's operating hours I would not use them or refer them and will be thanking my family for their generous gift but let them know so they can communicate this for their end...I cannot even believe the delivery person would deliver flowers in this condition also! read more

They've done beautiful holiday pieces and outstanding funeral pieces for me and my family. My elderly mother who lives in CA sent a bouquet to my in-laws for Christmas. The bouquet delivered by Artemis Designs looked like it had been sitting in a refrigerator case for a week. The carnations were wilted, and the bouquet included candy cane sticks that were so badly dissolved as to be almost unrecognizable. (I had to taste one in order to confirm that it had at one time been a real candy cane stick.) The arrangement must have been beautiful when it was fresh. What a shame that they didn't send a new one or--at the very least--put in fresh carnations and candy canes. I'm sure my mother paid good money for this. It's despicable to rip off a customer that way! If the bouquet had been sent to me, I would have taken it right back to the store and demanded a fresh one, but I didn't want to upset my in-laws by making a big deal out of it. I would not recommend this florist to anyone unless you go to the store and see that the flowers are, in fact, fresh before you pay any money. They can't be trusted. read more

I am the recipient of a Mother's Day arrangement my kids sent to me. It was ordered through 1-800 Flowers. They were delivered on Saturday. One day later most flowers were dead and two days later all flowers are dead. I will tell my children to never use 1-800 Flowers if the local Tucson vendor filling the order is going to be Artemis Designs. I have told my kids to ask 1-800 Flowers to ask for their money back. read more
