I looked for best deal to fix my damaged rear bumper. One body shop gave me an estimate of $1,200.00 and some change. Another sand lot guy told me if I buy a "skin" and go to Tallahassee and buy the paint, he'd paint it and replace it for $500.00. And I'd still have the trouble of finding a used bumper, and buying the paint. It would still have cost me some $800.00 all told. Then I found Mike. He took the bumper off. Fixed the dent. Painted it. Put it back on for $620.00. What a deal. And the job was perfect. I can't say enough good about him. If you go there tell him John from the Audi sent you. He'll know who I am. I'm going to have him do a bed liner for my Honda Ridgeline truck, as well.

At any rate, once I pulled around I realized I was now sandwiched in between the tow truck and another customer who pulled up behind me. Because I had to get back to work, I cancelled my order and asked the tow truck driver to pull his truck up a couple of feet to allow me to pass. He refused. I explained that I cancelled my order and obviously there was a line forming behind me and I really needed to get back to work. The tow truck driver told me that I would have to wait for him to load the broken car up before he would allow me to pass. Fortunately the car behind me got frustrated too and left after about 10 minutes of going back and forth with the driver. I was finally able to leave and super annoyed by a towing experience that I had NOTHING to do with. I was a few minutes late for work, which is not a big deal but completely unnecessary. The driver was a total tool and told me his time was more valuable than mine, which was news to me. Obviously, I called the company to file a complaint and had the pleasure of speaking with Katelin, the dispatcher. I had to keep bringing the vehicle back to them with the same problem, though they kept charging me more each time with bullshit excuses. Finally, the fourth time they charged me again and allowed me to drive off in a vehicle in such dangerous condition that the engine caught fire and resulted in total destruction. They took no responsibility and the manager laughed it off. Previously, during a consultation in the back shop with one of the mechanics, I witnessed the manager carelessly raising another vehicle on the rack right into a metal apparatus that damaged the roof. Bummed out, With a few days left before party we picked out one they had on the lot and went ahead and brought it home and hid it in the shed. They called me late on Friday with the news that the pink 4 wheelers has arrived and they allowed me to come swap it for the perfect pink 4 wheeler that matched our daughter's personality much more than the red one we had picked out!!
