To many little things and David felt after the job completed, warranty items he found a way to put them off for the money we spent 187k to adjoint bathrooms . Of course, this all took place through the pandemic. Workers were hard to come by! Top it off, we purchased the best of the best product fixtures, so on so forth. Not even a year later, the shower head is pealing. We had nemoures repairs via David, and he did very poop planning for the humidity in the addict, having to hire some to clean this up. The list goes on an on, so back to shower head, bath of America is warranting the head, but David isn't covering any warranty work, as he never told us several months back he's retiring. Just found out today. But yet his store says opening Wenesday 9a.m. . David is a crankey guy,in your face kind of guy. They have a beautiful selection and so many neat features to add to your kitchen to make your space feel more worthy. Our kitchen had a water leak discovered so we needed to renovate our kitchen. During the renovation process, Joseph would be present during the install or after a part of the project was completed for the day, Joseph would stop by to inspect and confirm that things were done correctly. I do appreciate his level of standards. Communication between us as a client and the company was very strong and effective. The outcome of this project was a beautiful kitchen. It has now been closer to almost two years since our kitchen was completed and I'm still in awe of the results. If you're looking for a company who can help do a project and just go through one chain of command instead of looking for several vendors, this is the company to hire. I also got to meet with Tony after the project was completed and he was super nice. They all are truly amazing at what they do. The choices they have are amazing. Tony is great and helped us pick out the two-tone slim shaker cabinets and quartz countertop. They added much more storage by removing the soffit and raising the cabinet height. The new cabinet inserts make the organization and access so much easier. On the remodeling side of their business, we had them replace our floors and countertops. We also decided to have them replace the cabinets in our powder room which really gave it an upgrade. The workers they use are thoughtful in how they complete the work. Joseph and Tony had great service and communication throughout the whole process. The two men working at the register suddenly stood up and were on high alert. Immediately my friend and I felt like we were being watched. They had a good selection of soaps which led me to pick up a honey bar of soap. Seconds after, the young caucasian man told me he could hold it for me in the front.
