Several of the reasons for selecting them included their professionalism and friendly personalities, they were extremely well organized, and had several methods for providing and backing up the photos they shot. We were also very impressed with the artistic and technical skill of Johns photography and likened it to the style of a National Geographic image. And John had a wonderful collection of photos from previous weddings he had shot, and so many of those photos are just... killer (see and judge for yourself!). They did so much more than we anticipated. Between taking so many wonderful pictures they also performed services well beyond what should be expected from any photographer. If it wasn't for John we would not have had the song for our first dance, because our DJ failed to even bring the song at all (he downloaded it on his phone and hooked into the DJ's equipment). Additionally, when our cake failed to show up on time Krista took it upon herself to not only alert us to the problem but to call the cake company herself and give them directions because they were lost. Of course neither of these things were part of our contact, or even expected from a photographer, but they jumped in whenever the need arose and helped make our day run smoothly. They acted as if they were our wedding coordinator and went WAY beyond their required duties that day. They definitely didn't have to do any of these "extras" but they truly cared about making our day as special as possible and we are so grateful to them for it. We are very happy we chose John and Krista as our wedding photographers, as the photos so beautifully tell the story of our wedding day. We'll have the ability to remember and relive our special day, frame by beautiful frame, for the rest of our lives.

This studio was used for my daughters school pictures. I want to first say the pictures came out…read moregorgeous, minus one of my daughters did have to retake her pictures due to similar issues that I see others left reviews regarding, such as lighting issues etc, however the retakes were stunning and I was so anxious to get the photos and add them to my gallery along with the rest of their school pictures. My order was placed 10/28/24, it's been several months (we're in June 2025) and I still have not received my purchase or any communication from anyone from the company regarding my purchase, and this isn't my first time reaching out. Initially when placing the order, the system did not give the option/ opportunity to verify or update my address , because I've purchased from this company a time or two before, so I'm assuming the system assumed that my contact information was still the same . However, immediately after submitting the order (literally once I hit submit) I noticed the error in address with the confirmation submission and I called the number that was provided. I spoke with someone regarding the mix up who then said I'd have to wait for the package to be delivered / received to the wrong address and then retuned. Which to me made no sense at all because I reached out to customer service immediately after I placed the order and it had not been printed or processed yet . so why updating my address and shipping to the correct address when I had the order number and etc was impossible to be done is beyond me. However, I feel I waited long enough and with no assistance or even communication. Again, this order and incident occurred in October 2024, I also reached out February this year and we are currently in June 2025 and after sending a number of different emails regarding my order to every email address attached to this company that I could find , I wake up this morning to a refund. Thank you for the refund , but still No apology, no acknowledgment and still no communication at all . The Customer service for this company is terrible. I truly looked forward to adding my girls pictures to our gallery of their other school photos. Even with this poor experience, I still wish this company nothing but success, however i do have my fingers crossed tightly, that the school my girls are currently attending doesn't choose to use them again this upcoming school year.

They treated my daughter with the utmost respect and care, regardless of her disability, which meant so much to us as a family. The pictures they took of her were absolutely stunning--capturing her personality perfectly. The prices are on the higher side, but the attention to detail and the quality of the photos made it completely worth it. We also used Ivey Photography for my son's football team pictures. That experience was a little more chaotic, probably because of the larger group, but the photos still turned out great. The timing of the product completion was impressive, and we were happy with the results. Overall, they deliver incredible quality and care in their work. Highly recommend them!
