This is a really unique studio which showcases art created by very talented disabled artists. This year there are a lot of textiles/wearable art for sale which are just incredible. There are also sculptural works, prints and paintings. I ended up spending less than $100 for 5 pieces of awe inspiring original art to brighten up my life. I am very pleased.

The event went til 6, but was over about an hour or so before that. I was greeted by a nice young man who does transportation for some of the artists. They have art that I've seen before in my other visits. I'm not sure of the value because I'm not fully familiar with their inventory, nor do I know the artists. I know that they do work with professionals to collaborate and complete their art. It was fun, and I'd go to another opening if they had one.

We had no idea what to expect going in, but we were extremely happy to see such a cute and intimate set up! The host, Jennifer, planned this night SO WELL. She had macaroons, cookies, coffee/tea for us to enjoy, with relaxing music playing in the background. Jennifer also had a massage therapist, Anna, join and offer each of us a massage (amazing!). As for the activity itself, the watercolor painting was really fun and relaxing to do. We were able to turn our watercolor art into cute bookmarks. (Stickers, hole punchers, and tassels were all provided!) On top of everything provided, we even got a small gift bag to take at the end of the night. My friend and I can't wait to take another one of Jennifer's classes in the future

It's been a long week and this was just what I needed. She had someone there to do massages, had tea, coffee, yummy sweets, key chain making, and a beautiful art project. I drove all the way from Sacramento to attend with my mom and I would absolutely drive all the way back down here again to take another class here. Can't wait for my next class!!

Nice. Easy walk. The Foster Museum was very simple, decent, positive, and relaxing environment filled with gorgeous nature views/sketches/watercolor artworks by the U.K. artist, Tony Foster. Good feeling here. Free admissions and good customer service staffs. You can just walk in or register online. There's a tiny gift area not far from the public restrooms. I signed the guestbook at the end of my walk. Good place to hang around/includes unlimited paper, paper/pencils/samples/etc. If you like to sketch and get some creative inspirations, all the nature artworks in the gallery is definitely a good place to start. Not huge, but perfectly quite and calm for art lovers. You can request for an orientation and/or tour as desired. Great first impression during first visit. It's the positive feeling I get from observing the energy and various colorful artworks. Simple and stress-free. Good value/free admissions is totally worth the 1-2 hours here.
