I made an appointment with Dr. Dennise solely from reviews on the internet. Well, turns out it's true...she is amazing!!! I felt a little better after the first visit, and like a new man after my 3rd visit. I have now seen her 4 times in 2 weeks, and she has improved my mobility, pain level, and overall quality of life in those few visits. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Dennise and the Active Release Technique (A.R.T) method she used on me for the soft tissue. She explains what she's doing and is attentive to my concerns and previous experiences. I would definitely recommend visiting her if you're looking for a Chiropractor. It's very confusing to go from one NP or PA to another for an issue to get settled. Although it was a lot of trouble to change, I want to see a doctor for my heart issues without making a big deal. I also did not like Accuhealth for taking daily blood pressures. Now, I have a nurse that calls me every month to discuss what is going on and make connections for me if an appointment is necessary. I realize medical care is different than a few years back so sometimes you have to take the initiative and be active in your personal healthcare.

But the care I've received from Dr Crognale and staff over the past 8-ish years has been great. They call to remind me that I need to schedule my check ups, they greet me when I arrive and they quickly answer messages I leave in the patient portal. And when I'm there for an appointment, she takes time to go over every concern I have and to look back and ask about past concerns. She is very thorough and explains everything. I'm very happy to be a patient there.

I've rarely had any issues with long waits for Dr Joshi but I've noticed some other patients have complaints of other doctors constantly having long waits.

My wife, who rarely gets sick called today to see a Doctor regarding a rash and muscle ache and was told they could not see her until March (3 months from now)! The reason, she hasn't been seen by a practice doctor herself for 3 years. The office administrator claimed this was an insurance requirement, but when I checked with my provider and my insurance broker I was told this is done so the practice can use a different billing code that has a higher payout to the practice. It's a shame how this once "family" practice has evolved since Dr. Harrington's retirement, that they care more about being able to get a bit more money than actually caring for their patients.
