However, when I email to try to schedule a MAKE UP CLASS, they said it the only availability was the Saturday class at 9am and parent participation on that class was mandatory!! I didn't understand why I had to participate on that class since I don't have to participate on the classes that she actually takes it, Also I tried to explain that I have a 14 month old boy and would be impossible for me to do any participation at that class since I have to watch my son as well!! Later I found it, that the makeup class they were offering was a toddler class, Ballet/Tap 2 to 3 years old. WHAT A JOKE!!! My daughter is 5 going on almost 6 years old, and they want her to dance with 2 years old???? Also they want to obligate me to participate in the class? they want to make me pay for my 14 month old BOY, to do ballet-Tap dance on that day so my daughter could do the class which was not at all the class that I have paid the tuition for!!! Let me give you an example, if you miss a math class on 6 grade but the school offer you a make up class math from third grade??? Is that make sense??? Get my point ? Well they didn't !!!! when I called and tried to explain this, the UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE from this facility was extremely rude, didn't even let me talk, and hang up the phone on my face!!!! FOR WHAT??? Checking-in was a bit difficult since it was hard for me to hear the receptionist due to the loud music. She was also wasn't the most friendly or welcoming which didn't make me feel great. I also needed to use the bathroom and her directions weren't very clear, so I had to ask her where to locate it a couple of times. I ended up using the bathroom at a nearby spa which I'm not sure if that's the bathroom she was referring to. There were lots of cubbies to store my stuff before taking the class which was nice. The age demographic of the participants was on the higher side, but everyone seemed so energetic. The instructor was also fun and lively. I liked her hip-hop style choreography which was full of energy and grooves. I was impressed that she was able to dance with so much energy for an hour straight. I overall enjoyed the music selection and choreography of the class. Overall, a decent experience here. Since it was my first time, I was able to get into this class for $15. Otherwise it would be $30 which I think is a bit pricey compared to regular dance classes in LA that go for 1 hour and 30 minutes for around $20. However, I do recognize this could be the standard for these types of classes. I wouldn't go out of my way to do this again, but would be possibly down if someone invited me. More of a preference, but I would feel more comfortable taking classes like these with people closer to my age demographic.

All of the towels smell fresh, all of the floors are freshly polished. Everything smells delightful. The sauna is top notch. It has a large infrared light bar, but it also has very strong, infrared light around the sauna otherwise, and on the ceiling of the sauna as well. and this one, you are also able to adjust it to other types of light such as blue, green, Amber, etc.You are also to control your own levels of heat. There is a television with prepaid Amazon prime channels. The Bluetooth speaker inside the sauna is loud and crisp, and of course you can control the levels and channels with the remote. The gentleman who helped me is named Ken. He gave me a nice tour of the studio upon arrival, and then showed me how to operate everything.
