As we walked in we were very pleasantly surprised. The place is super nice. Booths on the left and right and a beautiful bar to balance it off. We had made a reservation and as we checked in we were upgraded to the private room in the back. And man would I love to have this setup at home. Wall sized screen, tv for sports and nice comfy chairs. A quick tutorial on the system which is very intuitive and we were off on our round. Yes a little different than the real thing but pretty awesome experience. The service is top notch. The beers are cold and I really could spend a lot of time here. It is $45/hr and they say you who led budget one hour for each player for 18 holes. We will definitely be back!

Then it shifted to screaming "CHEAP"! We sat at the bar as the hostess said the seating was full but it looked FAR from full. It also didn't fill up during the time we were there either. Then I looked closer & many things fell apart. The service was slow, the food was both mediocre and had super small portion size. The draft beer size LOOKED big but in reality it was more like a 12oz pint with a really big mug. It was Taco Tuesday. The Tacos were $3.49/taco, beef or chicken. They were a decent size but virtually tasteless & the meat on both was completely dried out completely. I ordered the house signature wings, xtra saucy ($18.99) for a Pound. They should have been embarrassed by what they turned out! They were exactly opposite to what the menu said. They were TINY & almost devoid of sauce! I'm unclear as to what the obstacle is for saucy wings!? All in all...this is definitely NOT a do over or a recommend.

First Impressions & Seating Upon arrival, the entrance area was poorly managed. With a party of five, there was literally no space to stand while waiting, which created an immediate bottleneck and awkward experience for both our group and others entering/exiting. Service & Drinks Once seated, we ordered drinks promptly. While the Diet Pepsi, Lemonade, and water were fine, the Club Soda was noticeably flat. Our food order took an excessive 45 minutes to arrive, and only after our server proactively checked on the kitchen's status. Food Quality - Major Issues The most critical issue was the quality of the food across multiple dishes. It was unacceptable. Items ordered: Spicy Hickory Burger: WAY overcooked/burnt. The taste of char dominated the flavour. The accompanying fries were the only saving grace. Canadian Burgers with cheese and bacon: The burger itself was burnt, and the bacon was burnt crispy. The sweet potato fries were soggy. Creamy Chicken Alfredo with mushrooms: Minimal chicken (only 1 sliver initially). When a replacement chicken breast was provided, it was burnt. Creamy Chicken Alfredo (no mushrooms): The pasta itself was mediocre ("meh"), but the portion of chicken was generous, receiving the fewest complaints from our party. Chorizo Mac and Cheese (new menu item): Inedible. The flavour was utterly appalling--metallic and burnt, tasting like "dirt sautéed in a dirty pan." I had to spit it out. The pasta also featured pieces of unmelted cheese, indicating poor preparation. We also signed up for the app (before we got our food) to get the free appetizer which was a cheesy garlic bread. We got it with marinara for take home. After you peel off the burned bacon and cheese layer, you're left with a decent pizza dough to dip in decent marinara. Conclusion The pervasive issue of burnt food (affecting three out of five entrées) and the truly inedible quality of the new Chorizo Mac and Cheese indicates a severe breakdown in the kitchen. Combined with the cramped waiting area and slow service, we cannot recommend this location and hope management addresses these fundamental quality control issues immediately. On the bright side, our waitress was nice. We will never eat here again.

We weren't about to purchase phones we didn't want, since we'd only qualify for the promotional price for the phones once, so we left unsatisfied. Found a pay-phone and called our new landlord, who met us at the house. After a walkthrough of our new premises, after settling the cats in with litter-box and water, after hastily unloading the car, we took our exhausted selves off to find someplace open for dinner at 9:30 at night. The shopping mall a couple of blocks from our house had a bar/grill called "Shoeless Joe's" that was open; the bar was crowded, so we opted to eat in the quiet dining room. Our waitress was pleasant, personable and efficient; she was also, apparently, being given a hard time by some drunkies in the bar next door (we overheard her conversing with the manager about refusing service to someone). Well, we weren't going to give anyone any trouble, tired and hungry as we were. I got the lobster fettuccine with tomato cream sauce; His Goatness got the meaty-meat platter with hickory smoked BBQ ribs and chicken wings with a smoked jalapeño honey sauce. We ordered the Sleeman's Honey Ale, which a friend of ours declaimed as her favorite beer -- it arrived in a can that was so plain and cheap-looking as to appear generic. The taste: flat as a pre-teen training bra. No complexity, no real flavor. What a disappointment! Dinner: late-night bar food chain standard, like what could be found in any Chile's or TGI Friday's. (HG liked his meaty-meat better than I liked my entree. What I tasted of the lobster suggested that it was better I not really taste it through the heavy sauce.) The samosas were excellent and the wing flavour was spot on! I went with my server's recommendation of Smokey tequila lime...so good! Like I said, I walked in here to kill a bit of time but I will definitely be returning to order a mountain of wings so I can try all the different flavours and definitely pick up some of those samosas again!
