He frequently talks down to me and seems to assume that I am trying to undermine him. This level of service is unacceptable, and I need a more dedicated and respectful approach moving forward. Furthermore, when I requested the termination of counsel, I was presented with a bill that exceeded the retainer by over two thousand dollars. He seemed very standoffish and uninterested. I tried explaining to him the series of events and what happened with us. He kept interrupting me to the point I had to tell him, "im not finished talking". Before I could even finish explaining to him what happened to us, he started talking about MAGA judges in the federal courts and stuff..... WTF does that have to do with our case we have!!!! Its not even at the federal level! He then stated that we probably dont have any evidence to back up our claim... Yet we have recordings, emails, text messages, teams messages, ect to prove every aspect of our case. It got to the point I ended up telling him its not going anywhere with him and told him to have a nice day and hung up. This attorney may have several 5 star ratings, but that doesnt excuse the attitude he had and the fact that he would not let me finish explaining our case and assuming on his end. Too bad for him, but he is not the only attorney we have contacted. Also Bill, because I know your going to see this....
