From check-in they work tirelessly to make sure your stay with them is an unforgettable experience. They are supremely knowledgeable about restaurants, things to do, and will give it to you straight like a local. The resort itself offers many things to do including classes, massages, and demonstrations. They will always hold a special place for me because they went the extra mile in everything they did including sending a bottle of champagne to our room for our celebrations. Our two story villa was incredible with a view to die for. The villa itself has a modern interior with a countryside aesthetic mixed within. It felt like a Beverly Hills duplex with the nice wood paneled floors and sleek kitchen/living room areas. Bathrooms were spotless with clean and spacious showers. One of the best parts is their strong A/C system which is a relief in the humid weather. Breakfast is excellent with jamon off the the leg of the boar. Various delicious pastries are also available. There's eggs, bacon, sausage too. Juice, fruits, coffee, and tea are also available. The pool area was also very nice and perfect for the hot weather. There's an area near the pool where dance classes are held and that was cool too. I also took full advantage of their nice clean gym area on the second floor. They've got free weights, swiss balls, and machines. Plus, it over looks the pool area and the rest of the island. I had a lot of fun here. The staff is extremely professional and polite. Will definitely be back. It's expensive but worth every penny! Room tip: Rooms on the top floors are definitely more quiet. Should definitely get a room with an ocean view. You should also get the 45 euro massage/cabana/champagne daily deal early -- they sell out quickly. For 45 euros, you get a private shaded cabana overlooking the ocean, a bottle of champagne, two 15 min messages and a plate of fruits. Excellent value!

It's European/British style food for the most part - no Paella here. My room was very nice and I was half board so it was nice not to have to think about breakfast and dinner. It is very close to the Protur Biomar Gran Hotel and Spa. Did not get to used their facilites - tried to get into the gym but my card did not work. As for the room, the only hitch is the front desk did not tell me I had to insert the card into a recepticle to turn on the lights! So I stumbled around in the dark until I located it. The balcony was huge, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice (minus a bathtub) mostly UK/German programming on the T.V. No clock or radio in the room - nice mini-fridge which I used a couple of days. Was not able to meet up with the activities person who was supposed to met you in front of the "activity board" near the time of said activity. I would have liked to go to AquaFitness, Trapshooting and Yoga. Bikes availabe for free or at a minimal charge. Morning front desk spoke fairly good English/ night time male clerks..not so much. Would I return? You betcha!

And then I had the pleasure of meeting Cruella. She was missing the coat of baby dalmatians, but it was her. I'd recognize her anyhere. The Assistant Manager. I've never been treated in such a way in 5 star accommodations. Come to think of it, I've never been treated that way at any hotel. She was rude, childish, and inept to be in the position she is in, but I digress. A young lady and I were sitting at a table, center stage, waiting patiently for the show to begin. We had cocktails, a few smokes and even more laughs. The children danced and we watched. The young lady I was with decided to join the fun. Watching her with the kids and listening to the typical mini-disco songs played a bit too loudly, I pause to smile, as I'm about to enjoy a sip of my vodka, and remember that these moments are the reason I work so hard. The mini-disco ends and we are surrounded by the children. They sit to the left, they sit to our right. Some have infiltrated the table behind us. One even sits with us. It seems their parents are more than happy to have a break from the non-stop job that is parenthood. Bestowing upon us the pleasure of their children's company. The cocktails and laughs continue, but the smokes have been respectfully hidden in my pocket. Another hour slips away from me and I softly kiss her cheek and whisper that I must use the facilities. Taking advantage to smoke as I walk towards the door. I place my back against the wall as to not block anyone's view. I walk in, having field stripped the cherry of the butt, to deposit said butt in the nearest trash can on my way to the wash closet. That's when I hear her voice. Cruella. Angry and hateful. There are ashtrays. I turn and stare into her eyes and show her that the butt is in my hand. This seems to anger her even more. The fact that she's not as astute as she believed. She turns on her heels and scouffs before she walks away. I remember thinking in that moment. "That was immature and overly aggressive" While in the restroom I came to the conclusion that Cruella might work there. I walked to the bar and saw a friendly face, Victor. As I was asking him, the room turned cold, I could hear the devils steps behind me. I turned, relieved to see it was only Cruella. Relieved until she spoke, nearly yelling. It seems her anger at her own embarrassment has doubled. Now she's fuming when I comment on her lack of professionalism and decor. I ask for the Manager's office and I'm directed by the bar staff to reception. I walk, she flies. Seems he's not in. She wants to continue arguing and impose her importance. The worst thing you can do to a clown is force him to play alone. Exactly how I left Cruella, like a clown! Moral to this story.... fire her or scold her, but for the love of God.....place ashtrays near the doors to keep her inner devil at bay

The staff are fluent in English despite the majority of the clientele being German and are very accommodating-nothing seems to be too much trouble. I also loved the opportunity to practice my German as well as Spanish! The pool area and gardens are beautiful with the sun loungers nicely spread out. There is also waiter service direct to your sun lounger so no need to move to order a glass of wine! The food in the restaurant is always a buffet selection so it's ample and varied offering something for everyone. You can choose what meat/fish you would like grilled or indulge in a plethora of mini desserts at your leisure. My only criticism would be that water was very overpriced and there isn't the option for tap water. There are ample shops closeby however! The suites are beautifully air conditioned which was fantastic given the lowest temperature on a night was 22* (definitely not what a Geordie is used to)! My balcony was a lovely sun trap in the evening so I would recommend a room overlooking the pool. Overall a very relaxing stay!

It's not by any means a luxury resort, but the service provided by the hotel personnel is top notch. Clean rooms, a varied breakfast buffet, a decent pool area and the nicest beach of the Menorcan west coast is right outside the hotel door. The beach actually draws quite a few locals as well, but it still doesn't get too crowded. The restaurant on the ground floor with its patio towards the beach is open to everyone and offers remarkably good meals at sensible prices. Everything from sandwiches to main dishes and drinks is masterfully crafted, and the relaxed atmosphere makes your stay even more enjoyable. After trying out a handful of restaurants from Cala en Bosc to Ciutadella, we still ended up at the hotel restaurant most of the evenings - it simply stood out as the best of the bunch. The dedicated staff of the hotel work from early morning to early night to make your stay memorable and delightful, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! P.S. Photos from Google Street View are VERY outdated. The entire hotel has been renovated inside out!
