The whole experience with Artisan was amazing. I called LaValley's and asked if they had garage door service. LaValley's told me that Artisan was the sub-contractor they used, and LaValley's would contact Artisan on my behalf. This was in the early afternoon. I expected maybe I'd get a call within a week or so about it. By mid-afternoon the same day, I got a call from Clay at Artisan. I was amazed I got such a prompt response. Then he amazed me further by asking if he could stop by in half an hour or so. So he showed up in about half an hour. I expected it to be a sales call and that they would schedule whatever service and parts my doors needed. Nope; Clay fixed the doors on the spot. Another half an hour or so later, my garage doors, one in particular, were working better than they have in many years. Clay was also very personable, friendly, and helpful.
