So a mixed experience. We were selling a house and Relax & Co helped clear out some items and also clean. The workers were all very professional and warm, on schedule, and did a solid B+/A- job of cleaning - vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Clear out was also fine. However, one side of a sliding pocket door was knocked off its hanging rail by the cleaners (it's never had an issue in 30+ years). I think they may have opened it too far when sliding open. When I noticed it before they left, they acknowledged it happened. Later, following up through our realtor, Relax & Co refused to accept responsibility or to fix it. Relax & Co never reached out to me directly to try to remedy the problem. If you break something while working on my property, that should be your responsibility to fix. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Relax & Co. ! I was in a huge pickle with two companies who were supposed to complete a "punch list" of item at the house and never showed up or followed through Relax & Co. got back to me same day Monday, met with me yesterday, quoted me same day (with a price that I anticipated without blowing up figures), and are here 8AM to get to work! They knew I am on a time crunch for pictures and an open house in a week! I was stressing because I just do not have the tools to complete what needed to get done! Started to work with Relax & Company for handyman and rental services. Began fine and was optimistic, then found that they are not timely, do not communicate well, dropped projects after months of waiting, and worsened relations with my neighbors. Avoid and look elsewhere. read more

Relax & co provides excellent, professional, thorough and reliable cleaning services...I have used them for 2 years and cannot say enough good things about them. They are always on time, always have a great attitude, are happy to accommodate and willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done - and get it done to my high standards.
