He was condescending and was rude, almost ready for a confrontation right out the gate. He is a poor example of someone in a leadership position. I will never use this company again.

She checked their resources, but their workers were answering other similar calls and not close. She put me on hold and told me someone would be coming out. The Fees: When I refused to pay for an invisible plan, they charged me massive cancellation feejust to walk away. The contract signed during the mitigation process gives them the ability to conduct your reconstruction on their timeline. The Threats: They claimed they could sue me for "lost profits" because I wouldn't agree to their unreasonable terms. They are great at the emergency part, but they use predatory contracts to lock you into expensive repairs. Get everything in writing before you sign a single page with this company.
