It's ridiculously clean. Stef and Seb (the owners) epitomize what you want to encounter when you walk in. There's fresh, delicious tea patiently awaiting your arrival and there's a class for just about anyone. This studio accommodates all types of levels from beginners, to intermediate and even those who just want a quality restorative class. To mix things up, there's pilates classes and one of my favs, yoga gym -- it's like yoga but on crack (anticipate exhaustion, sweatiness and the inability to move the next day). All the instructors are top notch -- assisting you in poses when you want or leaving you be when you'd prefer to just do your own thing.
