Maybe you should discuss with your employees the impact their attitude and behavior has and how it reflects on your business and your staffs professionalism. To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.
