We spent an hour there while enjoying talking to the owners and sampling many of their products. They were also serving free champagne today which was SOOOO good! The owners have an amazing story of their life in Hawaii and how this business was started. I ended up with a lotion, bath product and lip scrub. Later that evening I tried them all and I am 100% impressed. My gf also came home with goodies that she loves. No more having to drive to Bath and Body in the Mall. I will definitely be shopping here. It will become my go to place for gifts for my friends/sisters. Any chance I get I love to support local businesses. If you do too you must check this place out. Not a soul asked if I needed any help. I looked, but couldn't find anyone. I needed some basic bulky weight wool like Brown Sheep or something similar to make a hat. I didn't recognize any of the yarn names and couldn't figure out how it was sorted couldn't what I was looking for. I also could have used some basic worsted weight yarn along with the correct knitting needles or crochet hooks. I looked for someone to ask. They weren't busy. I was the only customer. Maybe you should discuss with your employees the impact their attitude and behavior has and how it reflects on your business and your staffs professionalism. To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.

When I got home and went back through the clothes, there were many things that hadn't moved; it became clear that they did not actually go through what I brought in.
