I have been buying flowers from here for a couple years now. It's always a convenient stop as the arrangements are always fresh and there are a lot of options. The quality of the flowers is great, I buy them for my fiancée and in comparison to other bouquets/stores these are the best. Extremely disappointing. I ordered the "be happy bouquet" to send to my mom after surgery. The pictures online were beautiful. a smiling face mug, lots of daisies and a few roses. What showed up looked cheap, they weren't worth more than $12, and $9 of that would have been for the cute mug. The flowers were falling out of their oasis upon arrival, the majority of the bouquet was grass filler. There were a few roses, which was to be expected. But hardly any daisies even. I called the fromyouflowers.com to let them know, and they gave me $4 back on my order for the "inconvenience." I suppose it's easy to send subpar products to customers when they use 3rd party online dealers. Next time I'll stick to sharries barries and edible arrangements. It's a shame, because the picture of the bouquet is really cute on the website. Fortunately my mom was a florist and made it a bit nicer by pulling all of the flowers to the front and putting the greenery in the back. But it still showed up with $5 worth of flowers. I went there for a bouquet of roses for my girlfriend, I thought they would a have a vast variety of roses but that was not the case. I wanted pink roses and the roses they gave me they were already wilting. I told them I just wanted it wrapped and I was expecting them to wrap it up with a nice paper or some kind of cardstock but she used some tissue paper instead, which ended up ripping super easily and the roses were badly arranged. I had a child and on the way to meet this little beauty queen I was going very fast down Broadway. I looked to my right and almost wrecked my car because I could tell it was the perfect place to get something for my daughter. I walked in, told them my budget, and the two ladies, one very petite with the sweet voice and one with dark hair pulled back both got to work putting something custom together for me in moments. This arrangement included a plaid seemed double bow situation with a 30 flower bouquet and when it all came down to the end they were under my budget, I wanted to cry. So, like any person would do that understands what genuine gratitude is..... here is my five star review for blowing my expectations out of the water. Overall my experience was not bad. I was treated with respect and the two individuals working were very polite. Prior to my visit to Artistic Flowers I had stopped at a place that did not have fresh cut flowers and did not make bouquets, but they recommended Artistic Flowers. As I walked into the store just a couple hours ago I approached the lady working and told her I was on the hunt for a Birthday Bouquet for someone who was real special to me.. ultimately she pointed me towards the "cooler room" where there were pre-made arrangements available and she mentioned that if I wanted to, we could customize a bouquet. I than walked into the "cooler room" and none of the arrangement really jumped out at me, if anything they looked a little drab and the flowers were borderline half-life... on their way down... Keep in mind I am professionally in sales, so when I mentioned special someone- birthday .. than get pointed to a "cooler room" ( which encouraged me ask if they had anything on sale as a sign that HELLO I kinda want to get $omething $pecial..aka.. get caught in the moment) it set the tone for the rest of my experience... with a tad bit chit chat... I mentioned I was going to look around a bit more. They politely wished me luck.. I politely said thank you.... I do not believe my personal desire to shop locally and personal reasons for agreeing with and supporting family and private industry should entitle me to amazing experiences and/or preferred treatment... if anything, part of my reasoning and support has to do with the freedom these businesses are allowed..which is attractive to me. I suppose it's all relative... if a candidate for a political party you support you don't care for, etc. my only concern with this business is I was taking in a lot and giving benefit of doubt reactions to what felt like an almost "either way- your business won't phase " attitude. I'm like most people short on time, bla bla.. it would've taken maybe 4 minutes to, after hearing me say special person - something really nice- to create just that for me . Have me pay and enjoy your creation.. but that's ok.. it wasn't meant to be and no hard feelings.. I found something really nice on a website ... my special someone will be just that with or without flowers... I'm just sayin..... Being that we're all adults here, and honestly you have some really good reviews... I'm merely being constructive and encouraging you to do something that being a private business gives you the freedom to do... which is get to know people on a more personal level... look past # and statistic and not profile.. I just bought from a mainstream place that doesn't have that freedom.. and it seems at the rate this country's going at the choice to have that freedom... will be replaced with " what freedom?" I was very excited to order my beautiful ninety year old Grandmother some flowers and chocolates for her birthday on May 11th. I proceeded to order an arrangement of flowers from Artistic Flowers and Gifts. At approximately 0900 hours, I made a selection, of a beautiful arrangement, with chocolates. On May 12, 2018, ( a day after her birthday), a basket of old, dying flowers with a cheap, ( five dollars or less), of chocolates arrived. The cost was over 70.00! Terrible organization, no apology, or anything. Pick a reputable, ethical flower shop, this is NOT an appropriate flower shop. What a waste of good money. read more

I recently had flowers delivered to me and it was the worst delivery experience ever. The delivery person never introduced who he was or where he was calling from. He just called and mumbled "Delivery for ....". And when I asked him "What?" because he mumbled, he hung up on me. 20 minutes later he calls back with a ridiculously rude over the top drawn out "I....have....a...flower....delivery....for.....". We weren't home and when I was telling him where he could leave the flowers he hung up on me for a second time. There were no flowers when we got home and only after repeating the story to my neighbor I was told there were flowers at the front door to a vacant apartment. Sure enough, they were mine with the name spelled incorrectly left at the wrong place. Getting hung up on twice, not getting the name right and leaving the delivery at the wrong address is the worst customer service I've ever had in a delivery service. read more

I wish I could give a 0 star review instead of 1. I would never recommend this "small business" to anyone. PLEASE BE AWARE if you decide to go through with them. I had a delivery to my house on Friday, February 22, 2019. The delivery driver rang my doorbell (I have the Ring doorbell), he proceeded to look in the camera to show the flowers, then tried opening my outside doorknob to the point he broke it. I have it all on video. I didn't notice the door until after he left and rewatched the footage. I called the company that Friday and spoke with the manager, he said he'll speak with the driver and get back to me Monday/Tuesday. I never received a call, so I called Wednesday and a worker took another message for me. Today is now Thursday, so I called AGAIN and the same worker notified me that the manager was "too busy and tired" to call me back. A different manager by the name of Julie ended up calling and I explained to her the situation. She didn't seem sympathetic or concerned about the situation at all. She questioned how serious the issue really was, and frankly I believe someone trying to open my door to the point of breaking it is extremely concerning. Please don't go through this company or support them because they lack everything a small business should - beginning with customer service skills. read more
