The staff is meh but overall their work outweighed their lack of customer service skills. When we came in there literally was only us and one other person and we waited over 30 minutes to get help... when I say help I mean not even a greeting came our way. I found that so odd seeing as there were like 4 employees present 2 on the phone taking orders and 2 putting them together. I would think the two who weren't on the phone would say hello we will be with you shortly or something butttttt nope. Honestly the flowers were so beautiful and they wrapped them once I asked which I appreciated very much. They also gave us directions on how to keep them fresh until the next day and they totally lasted! Great flowers that were beautiful but poor customer service at least in person. When I called to complain, the response I got was that I needed to bring the dead flowers back the day they died, which was on the holiday, and because I didn't there was nothing that could be done. What a disappointment after spending more than $50 on this disappointing arrangement. Needless to say, I will never use or recommend this business.
