They transformed my tiny galley kitchen-- with no dishwasher, almost no counter space, and cramped cabinets-- into a big, beautiful kitchen with a huge island, dishwasher, range hood, cabinets, and drawers galore, an inviting space to which guests are drawn to gather. I look forward to cooking and baking more than ever because everything is easier-- even cleaning up, because there is a place for everything, even the trash, all hidden from sight. It feels like they added an extra room without taking up any space-- the place looks and feels bigger. Charlie got the ball rolling, coming over to give me what a I considered a very fair estimate, measure the space, and discuss with me at length what I hoped to achieve. He recommended Marc with AMC Granite & Cabinetry to help me nail down the layout and provide the beautiful maple cabinets and granite countertops. The tile work was exceptional. My concept for the backsplash was not exactly conventional, but tile master Mike was willing to help me figure out how to pull it off. Mike is also a master plumber, and Joe a master electrician, so it's one stop shopping: They take care of everything. The work area was neatly sectioned off with plastic, so no dust got into the rest of my living space. Pro Bros broke all the stereotypes of contractors who don't communicate, don't show up, etc. The lines of communication were always open, they showed up when promised, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done in the agreed-upon time frame. The workmanship was top notch, the cost fair and reasonable. Brothers Mike, Joe and Charlie, and their entire crew, were all professional, personable, and considerate of my time and space. It was a pleasure having them around and I absolutely love the results. I'd give them 11 out of 10 stars if I could. And I can't wait until they redo my bathroom!

SERIOUSLY?...After I continued to call the manufacturer, did I get a commitment on when it would be shipped..ONE YEAR and a week, new, replacement door arrived from the manufacturer.Correct shade of white, but poor fitment which caused me to remove shelves to install and adjust. There was no way I would have trusted a third party to do this work. I hired a friend of mine who is a second generation cabinet maker. He had to re-design one of their cabinets which was made to wrong specifications. ALBA did pay for that mistake. There are no more excuses for improving this experience

Now that we are finished with our renovation, we wanted to let everyone know about our great experience. When other contractors said the project would take close to 6 months or more, Glenn gave us a timeline of 4-5months and would be working solely on our project. This was important to me to find a contractor only focused on my job! That is Glenn! He was right on schedule and we often saw him working at the house on weekends! He was able to obtain permits very quickly and get things done when they needed to be. Glenn included us on every decision and treated our home like It was his own from start to finish. He was very professional and easy to work with and all the subcontractors and my interior designer thought so too! He made himself available late at night and weekends to answer any questions we had. And; even though he is "done" with the house, I am confident when/if any issue arises, he will he right on top of it! I still talk to him often as am learning the ins and outs of my house (pregnant and during the pandemic). Inspections were passed without any difficulties making the end of our project seamless for me- at a very hectic time (beginning of Corona)! Mike did a great job with our kitchen layout, Glenn and Don communicated well and the installers did a great job. The installers have excellent craftsmanship and are genuinely nice guys; they want you to be happy with the final product. Our job was finished in Aug 2021. We are happy with the final product and our kitchen looks great. A few items to note: 1. Mike is an awesome designer and nice guy but we needed to chase multiple times to get our plans after our deposit was paid. Mike had to personally drive over to get plans to us for a meeting with our general contractor which added additional stress. Communication and follow up could be improved. 2. Get installation costs in writing in your contract to avoid the actual cost being over what was verbally communicated. We ultimately arrived in a good place but the back and forth on this added stress. Would recommend HK&B.

From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.
