He answered my door when someone came, acting way too familiar. He then showed the person who showed up around and I heard him talking about me behind my back when he was in my backyard. He also tried hugging me at the end which I refused. People working for him called several times, acting all "familiar" with me, telling me I would get them to work on it, from the first call. I decide who I hire, it was very assumptive. The owner has behavior patterns that is disturbing. Other things were said/done that made me very uncomfortable. I'd suggest choosing someone(anyone!) else which is what I did. This man will be condescending, name drop, and violate your boundaries.

We ordered a Shiloh stained, solid maple kitchen from My House Kitchen. Although we paid a high…read moreprice, a Home Depot kitchen would have been higher quality. To make drawer fronts and doors Shiloh glued up to 8 boards together without matching grain and color; the cabinets are striped with multiple colors. One door is warped, another has a large knot, the shelving is made with Asian plywood containing formaldehyde, and the drawers are not made with maple. To make matters worse, our designer mismeasured the kitchen. My Home Kitchen, Shiloh, and McMahon (manufactures rep) have all refused to stand by their products.

I deliberately waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to be sure that the refinishing did what I hoped it would do...make my outdated bathroom look more modern. I also wanted to ensure that the paint stuck to the tiles without bubbling or peeling. I'm pleased to say that Sal and his crew exceeded my expectations. Sal provided an accurate quote, his crew arrived on time each day, took great care to maintain a clean work site, and were personable and efficient. When a minor issue arose, Sal showed up ON EASTER DAY to make sure he understood what needed to be corrected and had his team come to me the next business day. As it turns out, the fix was relatively simple. I highly recommend using Premier Finishing based on the professionalism with which they executed the job.

After about the 3rd time he said that I thanked him and left. I was in the store 10 minutes tops. Saying something is going to be expensive is not good business. What one person might consider expensive might not be to another. Kitchen remodeling is costly and makes people uneasy knowing that they're in to spend some serious money. A warm greeting and pleasant demeanor speaks volumes about a business and helps a potential client a great deal.
