I went to five med spas in the first quarter of 2022 to determine who I would trust with my face. There is no more important professional to interview and entity to figure out the intention of and feel the vibes for than they who work on the part of you everyone sees the most! There were two spas that were distinctly different than the others I met with, and with more research ANEU is the leader of them all. Did you know injections can cause blindness? Like people didn't tell me any downsides or negatives at three of the spas I went for consults at. ANEU gives balance and isn't just offering filler everywhere. While I was very much stating a desire for a non-noticeable, natural appearance if I were to inject, I didn't start yet. But the sense here is balance versus fill any line. I have tried three other treatments from ANEU and would do them all again as often as recommended (if not for finite funds). There are a lot of services here and I don't know about them all but I believe ANEU staff can get you prepared. See website for lots of education. I appreciate details being available there for reference. I was scheduled with Tara for my first treatment. I have continued to book with her and will stay exclusive to her as long as she is there. She cares, she's calming, she educates, and she takes the time. I hope she works at the newer location that rumor has it will be closer to where I reside! While the front staff are friendly on the surface, the overall experience lacks substance, professionalism and expertise. This is not a spa I would trust.

Even though I always tip 20%, being pressured publicly like that felt like I was being bullied into tipping more or made me question if I do enough - either way it was a negative experience. Long story shortish, never got an apology for my frustrations. The only thing offered was a no added cost cut to "fix" it. Oy, cutting off more is not the problem. So sadly, after years of good service. I will never go back because of the poor front desk staff and that the manager also has a communication style I personally find triggering and not at all conflict soothing. She was able to gauge tension and heat with her heel, as well as hands and feet, to work out stress, knots, and kinks. Very professional, very experienced, she clearly knows what she's doing. I paid her $200 for 90 minutes, which included a substantial tip because I was so impressed.
