I had been going to the same place in STL for three years. I was not looking forward to choosing a new wax studio. It made me nervous. After doing alot of online research, I decided to try Zanella. I liked the idea of going to a place that only did waxing I made an appointment at the location near Perkins Rowe with Meagan. The place is small and the waiting area is a bit plain, but it very clean. The wax rooms are large and comfortable. No frills. Meagan was great. Very friendly and she made getting a Brazilian from a new person as comfortable she could. Meagan did a good job on both the Brazilian and brow wax and I've been back several times. Don't go expecting an ultra modern, fancy place that offers V-dazzling, coloring, or stenciling. Just a friendly staff that does a great job of performing basic wax services.

I used to be surprised that she would remember a conversation from the month prior but I realize she just pays attention and appreciates her clients like family/friends and we revere her in the same way. I previously went to an establishment that had me see 2 different estheticians in a matter of about 6 months. That just wasn't acceptable to me, given the amount of discomfort I feel during this time. So, I went on a quest to find another place that would be more suitable to my needs. Well, I found just that place! I explained to Krystal how uptight I am, and she took over there. She talked to me the whole time, made me feel comfortable. Was thorough with the service as well.
