Seemed very professional and legitimate. I provided all my new hire documents (I-9) etc., but after never heard from them. Attempted from 2023-2025 to connect, with no success. It became very difficult to get a hold of the recruiter, or she would say "I am out of office or at conference and will get back to you", but never did. No response to emails. I didn't really feel like they knew what they were talking about, and i wasted an hour of my time talking to 2 people about a position that was a long distance from where I currently live. Although they knew from the beginning that I was far away and looking to move, they wasted all that time and in the end told me their client wouldn't be interested because I was not local. I have 19 years experience and she told me she didn't think I was familiar with e-discovery or CCP-- with zero basis for that belief. She also told me I had 2 LinkedIn profiles that were inconsistent with each other when in fact one of the profiles she sent me wasn't even me. read more

An Artizen agency sees employment as a fulfilling experience as opposed to just getting a paycheck. My experience was extremely positive from beginning to end. During a recent job search I was contacted by Brandon Durbin at Artizen Staffing in Rohnert Park, CA. Unlike many recruiters these days, he was professional, personable, and succinct. He was obviously one who knew his business, and knew that if he and his company, Artizen Staffing, provided a gateway to employment, the kudos would be easy to give. They are. Brandon presented a great contract job offer to me, and over the course of a couple of weeks we closed the deal with the employer. Brandon called frequently to let me know where we were in the process, made all arrangements for interviews on the phone and on site, making the process about as efficient and painless as it could be. I got the job, and a couple of months later, because I was such a good fit, the company Artizen got me connected with actually hired me full time. I have worked with a good number of recruiters in my career. The vast majority of these people are self-aggrandizing and rude, adding very little value to the job search effort. recruiting industry has come to depend on databases of jobs, bounced against databases of candidates. The "recruiters" often do not read your resume, nor do they understand the job requirements, resulting in dozens of calls and emails that are a complete waste of time. Even if they think they have a match, if they do not get immediate results, they never bother call you back. Artizen stands head and shoulders above the others in the industry. When Brandon called, he'd obviously actually read my resume, understood what the hiring company was looking for, and assessed whether or not I'd be a good fit. This is extremely rare these days. Brandon and the rest of the team at Artizen were great to work with and really know how to close deals. Once I was in the role, I still got calls from Brandon to check in on how I liked the job, and if I was having any trouble. On the rare occasions I forgot to complete my timecard for the week, I would not just get an automated email, but a call or an email from Brandon, gently reminding me to get it in so I could get paid. Brandon and his company clearly understand the human factors involved in being a good recruiting company. Should I ever need a recruiter again, Artizen will be the first company I contact.
