Honestly, it's only noticeable if you're really looking for it. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is mostly due to some of the finishing details. There was quite a bit of paint dust inside my car, some paint residue on the windshield that I had to scrub off myself, and a rubber door trim piece (which was already loose) was left inside the car instead of being reattached. Overall, though, the quality of the repairs, communication, and value for the price were excellent. I'd definitely recommend Jake to anyone looking for affordable bodywork, especially if you're willing to overlook a few minor cleanup items.

When I asked about how this happened Kirt did an investigation and discovered that one of their technicians was responsible. A mistake on their part. What was really amazing and speaks the integrity of Kirt and Applewood was the admission of their mistake and a willingness to repair the scratches.
