Great shop! I was doing some repair work on my own car after a minor accident, but ran into some issues getting a junkyard door to fit my vehicle. I was reluctant to take it to a body shop, but Greg was glad to take a look at it. Over the course of 10 minutes, he made a couple of adjustments to my door latch. That's not the amazing thing. He wouldn't take payment, and even made some suggestions on what I could do next--both suggestions for DIY work I could do, and recommendations for shops if I wanted to get paint work done. If he's willing to do that for someone off the street, I can imagine the integrity he'd bring to major repairs and insurance jobs. read more

Don't take your vehicle here. I have a vehicle which had door handle damage from a vehicle break-in. On March 4th, I texted with Greg from his ad on yelp. He told me to send him some photos and bring it in. I sent photos and made arrangements to bring the vehicle to his shop. On March 6th, I brought the vehicle in at the date/time requested; Greg wasn't there. His partner, "Gage" was there. Gage told me he'd fix the handle for a few hundred bucks, and I asked if he could repair some unrelated body damage to the other side of the vehicle, which he quoted $3K, including the full body work plus the damaged door handle - all in. I was satisfied with this quote, and we shook hands and I said I'd be in touch. Later, on the afternoon of March 6th, I got a call from Greg, who pleaded with me to give him the business, and not his partner. That was the first red flag, which I should have heeded. Being that I made the initial inquiry with Greg and not Gage, I agreed. On March 13th, when the time came to bring the car in, he required full payment up front. Another red flag. On March 22nd, I picked up my truck. They did an average job of repairing the additional body damage (unrelated to the damaged door handle). Secondly, they did not wipe nor wash the overspray off, and I had to wash the truck myself. To this day, I still have some overspray inside the nooks and crannies of the body. Most importantly, they didn't repair the door handle. He indicated that he'd have to order a new part, which would take time, and additional cost. I was fine with the additional cost, agreed to it, and went on on my way. On April 4th, I texted him asking about it, and he responded that he's waiting on the part. On April 9th, I texted him again, and he indicated he needs to check on the part, and then just didn't respond. On April 12th, I inquired again, and this time he didn't even address the part at all, and indicated he had a dental emergency. On April 17th, I inquired again, and he responded that I should just deal with his partner ("Gage"), and that the part never got ordered, but that he'd do so. I told him I wasn't happy that he didn't order the part in the first place, but reluctantly agreed. Yet another red flag. I tried calling and texting him all the way through May 28th, and he just went dark. An entire 2 months of completely wasted time. What a shyster. I still have all of the text correspondence... I put a call into another shop, who ordered the door handle part (in-stock in 24 hours) and did the repairs, including parts, for about $700 in less than 4 days. Why couldn't Greg just be honest with me in the first place? Beware, this guy is a flake. Update: I hadn't heard from Greg since April, despite my repeated attempts at getting a status. He texted me this morning, swearing at me. He also lied again in his reply to this review. I have the text indicating that he had ordered the part and would do the work, and I replied I'd be happy to pay him for it. Beware: This guy is a liar. Final update: per the text messages, you told me you'd order the part. I texted you repeatedly and have call logs where I attempted to contact you. Nothing. You are a serial liar. I've included screenshots of you indicating you'd order the parts after not doing so for weeks. And I posted a screenshot of you ignoring my texts for weeks. I also have screenshots of my outgoing calls which went unanswered. read more

100% Recommend! I rent out a few cars on Turo, and one of my renters side swiped a pole leaving a huge gash in the side of my van. Please be careful before bringing your car for repair here. I really don't like writing negative yelp reviews for small businesses, but it has just gone too far. I've been trying to get a refund on a part Greg ordered for me in February, and I still have not received it despite being promised the refund for months. I've included the timeline of events below. February 28: I paid $1000 through Venmo to replace the passenger mirror on my Audi Q5 and Greg confirmed the part was ordered that day. Greg did not inform me that it may take a while for the part to come in, which would have impacted my decision to move forward with the repair as I knew I was moving out of the country one month later. March 22: Spoke with Greg after part hadn't been received after following up multiple times. I was moving to London on March 30 so I needed to sell my car and couldn't wait any longer for the part to come in. Greg told me as soon as they received the part, they would return it for a refund and then he would send me the money. May 5: I followed up to see if Greg had received the part and had been able to return it to refund me the ~$730 it cost. Greg responded that day saying some parts had been taking a long time to come in but he would check on it. July 22: I followed up again to see if the part had been received in yet. On that day, Greg said "We got the part in. And we're sending it back. Refund should happen fairly quick within a few days and we can work it out" August 13: I followed up to see if Greg had gotten the refund on the part. I did not receive a response. August 28: I followed up again to see if Greg had gotten the refund. Greg responded the next day letting me know he had been dealing with a family emergency but said 'I will call Mark tomorrow and see if the part was returned. And I'll get you your money back." I responded I could reach out to Mark instead if needed. September 17: I asked for Mark's contact information so I could follow up with him directly about the refund. Greg responded that day saying "I can get you covered on Friday send me that Venmo again". I sent it to him that same day (it was my sister's venmo as I moved out of the country and no longer have a venmo account as it is a US product). Greg responded on September 21 saying "Thank you. I'll send it." September 28: I let Greg know I still hadn't received the venmo. October 15: I followed up again asking for the refund and said this would be the last time I was following up and to please send the money by Friday, October 18. I did not receive a response or the refund. UPDATE: On October 21 (2 days after I wrote this review) Greg sent me the refund of $730 for the part. I appreciate that the money was sent back after 8 months, but Greg has now been asking me to take down this review through multiple emails and instagram messages, threatening to get a lawyer involved and saying he is going to reverse the payment. Please please please just be careful if you're going to send any money to this shop as this has truly been such a terrible experience when I was just trying to get a car mirror replaced. read more

The shop owner responded to my request after hours on a Saturday evening and explained my three options to repair my bumper. He was willing to explore alternate methods to fix my car before jumping to the most expensive option of replacing and painting a new bumper. He offered to come see the car on Easter Sunday but I declined as this was a holiday. He kept his word and accommodated me Monday. This was important as I am from Delaware and wanted this issue resolved for my daughter before I flew out on Tuesday. We needed a bracket, and he helped me find the bracket quickly so the bumper could be completed the same day. He gave me a generous discount on the part. Bumper is fixed, and I have peace of mind knowing that my daughter's not driving down the highway with a loose, floppy bumper. We will use this shop for some additional body work in the near future.
