I've been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks (4 phone calls, 2 emails, 1 office visit with it closed) and they haven't gotten back to me still. I can't blow out my sprinklers as a result. I questioned the labor charges, Muro's indicated that it took (3) guys to dig the two holes (8) hours total. Can't pass the straight face test. There are some integrity/honesty issues here.
