Ely listened to our design plans and made suggestions to improve and refine the completed project. He coordinated other contractors to complete plumbing and more complicated electrical work, so we didn't have to fret over finding other professionals. He removed the old dysfunctional showers, drywall, lath and mortar. With the studs exposed he examined the condition of the framing and, where needed, added new lumber to support the 100-year-old studs, used waterproofing materials to prevent future water damage, and reinforced the subflooring for the new shower. Then he placed new drywall and used a laser to guide plaster application to level the walls...a necessity in a century-old building. Afterwards, he placed the imported Italian tiles with exacting precision. Once the tilework was completed Ely installed the shower basin that he ordered custom-made. Once that was completed, he installed the ceiling-mounted commercial hospital grade track for the shower curtain, new electrical outlet, ceiling fan and lighting (in addition to lighting in four other areas of the house) and venting. As you can see, Ely's masterful craftsmanship, attention to detail and high professional standards have resulted in a spectacular new bathroom; and the second bathroom is just as awesome. We have more renovation projects planned in the near future and B & E Construction is the only company we would trust to complete them. In short, Ely was always punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

With three full and two half completely…read morerenovated bathrooms, a rock solid, beautiful back deck, upgraded main bedroom with new closet/storage space, and so many other little upgrades, my home (since 1990 - built in 1910) has been magically transformed. Kris, Ryan, and Dawson make an amazing team and they made this extensive project (one I had dreaded and delayed for years) an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Since I have never been through such a thorough renovation project, I asked Valley Renovation to guide me through many of the decisions that I'm guessing most home owners make on their own. I trusted them and they delivered way above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The bathrooms on all three floors are perfect, the dilapidated (and dangerous) old deck has been replaced and completely elevates the exterior, and my main bedroom has never felt so calm and beautiful. Everything Valley Renovation (and their excellent sub-contractors) did was in keeping with, and enhanced, the character of my home. Above all, Kris and Ryan and Dawson are great people. We had a deck, railing and some support beam installation. Quoted and paid $25K. The railing…read moredelivered was not what was quoted (quote was for more expensive material). Correct railing was received after we showed it was not the quoted material. Vendor promised to pick up the remaining work debris. After a couple of months, one of the cross deck boards sank about 1/2". We have called 4 times plus a visit to the office requested that the sag be fixed and remaining debris removed. Vendor has not returned our calls or attempted to honor the promises and guarantees we were given.
