Kyle was always available for any issues that arose, and handled maintenance items for us as well. We dreaded having to come back to reseal our concrete patio. Kyle did it for us - looks fantastic! Our lawn tractor needed to go in for maintenance - he took it in for us. The list goes on and on. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to worry and that was priceless. Their rates are incredibly reasonable. We literally could not have done it without them, and we are so grateful to have had their help during our transition. I've been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks (4 phone calls, 2 emails, 1 office visit with it closed) and they haven't gotten back to me still. I can't blow out my sprinklers as a result. For the $700 they charged, I would expect the weeds not to grow so fast. I should note, just before they left, they rinsed off the rocks after they were place. Agreed…read moreto 50$ per hr labor plus parts to fix a leaking sprinkler main valve and a leaking sprinkler pipe. One dig was 36 inches long x16 inches deep. The other was 49x29x22 inches deep. I questioned the labor charges, Muro's indicated that it took (3) guys to dig the two holes (8) hours total. Can't pass the straight face test. There are some integrity/honesty issues here.
