I was told that if I like the 4 lessons that I could continue with the lessons. I was not told that I would automatically be billed for additional lessons. Due to scheduling conflicts and the holiday, I only had one lesson but I was charged the original $195 and then charged $220 on 7/21/25 (not even a full month later). I made several attempts to speak to a manager and get this resolved but it never was. I had them at least cancel this scam that is called a subscription.

I had my card I used on tap and didn't know a card had to be swiped for you to do it this way. I was notified if I did the exchange with my drivers license their policy won't allow me to get the full amount back even with an exchange rather than a return. After understanding I was going to have to exchange at Prattville I grabbed my clothes from the counter and SHAN at the customer service dept pulled away and said I scratched her which made another employee immediately come in between us before I even knew she was talking to me as I did not touch this woman. I asked if she was saying I scratched her and she said yes you did when you grabbed your clothes and the employee had to tell her no, shaking her head so she didn't escalate any further. As I have verbalized this to corporate already, as someone who works in the medical field with the public daily I find it crazy that someone like this works with the public and in customer service of all places. If you know your employee requires supervision to have someone come between her and a customer maybe she shouldn't be in customer service? If I did this in my job I would be fired or at the least written up. This should not be acceptable behavior from staff.

Since they never called, I called myself. I discovered they haven't even started the repair and it won't be done when promised. In fact, the owner was rather obnoxious and arrogant with me, not showing any courtesy or apologize for inconvenience. I told them I will pick up my instrument and not need them anymore. They refused, saying it was already disassembled. In 2 minutes? Wow! They can be fast when it suits their agenda. I was promised reluctantly that it will be done in 3 hours. Will see. I also will be charged for urgent service. Needless to say, I am not returning to this messy place proud being in business 50 years.
