We were in the fitting room and a staff member came in every 5 minutes from 5:45-6:00 PM to tell everyone they were about to close at 6:00 PM and to bring all clothing items out. After leaving the fitting room and coming back a moment later, a few minutes before 6:00 PM, I asked if I still had time to try on another pair of pants and was told "go ahead... you're already in here so I can't tell you no." When I approached a floor staff member, asking if there was a pair of shorts in another size in the back, she refused to look at me and very rudely said to ask the register staff to check the computer "if they haven't logged off already." When I got to the register to check out, I asked about a different size and was told that if it is not out, they do not have other available clothing in the back. After being rushed out along with the other customers in the store, multiple other customers continued to walk in over the next 15 minutes to shop. (We were sitting outside in the shade after shopping.) Poor management for the closing shift. People who work until 5 PM will be rushing in to try and shop before closing. Have a better system so that your staff is not rushing customers out and losing sales. Lack of professionalism, lack of hospitality.. not somewhere I would go back to.

After a frustrating experience at the Alpharetta location, where I wasn't even measured properly for the tuxedo I needed for one of my best friend's weddings, I walked into the Montgomery store feeling stressed and pressed for time. Thankfully, their associate, Mr. Jordan Anderson, turned what could have been a disaster into an outstanding experience. Jordan went above and beyond in every possible way. When I explained my situation, he immediately sprang into action. Not only did he help me find the correct tuxedo shoes (which, as someone with a difficult size 14, is no easy task), but he also went into the back of the store to search for any suitable options. When it looked like there might not be a pair in stock, he even made calls to other stores in the area to line up replacements just in case.
