They did an amazing job. Cut them down with precision and ground up the piece and then they ground the stumps all out which was amazing to watch. They were completely gone and so needed as we extended out 2' to have the driveway parking area wider. We would highly recommend them for your project to remove any trees or if you need trimming. On the day of the removal, Rod and his crew showed up early, got right to work, and had that beast of a tree completely removed within the 3-4 hour timeframe they originally gave us. They even helped us temporarily remove a section of our fence so they could get in and grind the stump, which was a huge help! Debris in our pool, ground and surfaces of backyard furniture and collectibles. Rude supervisor got mad because we tossed stuff back over the fence. He claimed we hit his back on purpose. My husband is elderly so a 40 year old yelling at my husband was not appropriate for the situation. They were saying rude stuff in Spanish until they realized I spoke Spanish too. We have used much more professional services than these guys. Beware of these guys.

They took great caution in making sure that our pool was covered so that excess debris did not drop in it. They did a great job cleaning the adjacent yard that sustained some of the messy droppings, and that neighbor commented that he was very impressed with their service. My day was scheduled. The trailers moved everything prepared so joe's trucks could get in. I waited the week, the day and time came. NO show NO call from Joe, City Tree Management.
