She even explained where some of the items came from. This place is SO cute!! They have just an array of things, like jewelry, soaps, candles, clothes, etc. I think I walked around the shop several times to be sure not to miss anything. A lot of their jewelry, soaps, etc are all handcrafted (especially from the local area). Also, their stuff is SO reasonably priced - I was shocked. I wound up buying two candles (smell amazing), a bow for my niece, a few different earrings, & a necklace. I'm so excited to wear everything. Also, this shop can be found online so I'm even more excited that I don't have to wait a whole year to go back. Highly recommend. Great prices. The woman working was so sweet!!

At register I noticed the person before me was asked if they were in the system but I was not. Both this time and the previous time I was there. I had to ask the employee if she was going to look me up in the system because I am and prefer email receipts. I would highly suggest re-training employees on customer service. No matter what age or race. People should be treated with respect. I will continue shopping at SMU but stick with Annapolis and Bethesda stores.

The kids love taking the shirts and placing it under the UV light and seeing the color changes on the shirts. The staff didn't mind the kids being hands on with the items which I appreciate. The shirts range for kids $12 to adults $25. They are not as cheap, but not that expensive either. Considering that they change colors from a white background to a bright colorful background as soon as the sun hits. It's better to see the action in person. Eric showed me another brand they sell, "Carlihola". It's a brand I never heard of before. Underwear, socks and bedsheets made form Bamboo. Hypoallergenic, thermal regulating, environmentally sustainable. With a lifetime guarantee. I bought some items of this brand to try it out. Overall it's a good spot to drop in and check out. I've never seen a store like this back at home. So I wanted to get some unique things for the kids (and myself) to bring back home.

Fortunately they have many "fashion consultants" across the age spectrum who are there to help YOU find what you want. They were never pushy. One lady asked if she could help, found what my wife was looking for, and started taking suits off the racks that might fit and look right. They disappeared into the dressing room. Frequently the sales lady would appear and then return with more swimsuits. Perhaps 20 minutes later my love came out modeling the first, and then the second of two suits that looked and fit her perfectly. They were not inexpensive, but reasonably priced for good quality and fashion. I was impressed.
